Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

ItalyTarik has been really helpful, we were able to check-in late in the evening since we were arriving in Marrakech after a desert tour. The riad is beautiful and the room clean. We really enjoyed the tasty breakfast. We could also leave our backpacks in the riad after check out for free, since we had flight later in the evening. The position is literally in the heart of Medina.

ItalyI booked a single room with air conditioning and a private bathroom. When I got there, I was given a room without a window, broken air conditioning, broken power outlets and broken shower. I asked for another room and I was obliged to pay more (not much, but it's the principle) to have a room that didn't have the flaws the first one had. The owner may have gotten 7€ more (since it was impossible to keep the first room because of the humidity) but I'll never go back and -obviously- I'll never recommend this place to anyone.
Location, good breakfast. Early check in was great too.

United KingdomThe single room is tiny. The room is just next to the reception where other customers come and go. Don't expect any soundproofing (incl. from reception and other rooms) as there is a gap on the door. Slow Internet. The bathroom is narrow and there is a blockage.
Good location within Medina in a quiet alley. A fully immersed experience of a Riad-style room. Reception is OK. An ideal choice if you just need a sleeping place but not staying in the room for leisure.

Germanythe mold on the wall is a big problem that needs to be fixed asap. it's super unhealthy to spend a night in a room with broken ventilator which made the walls and the room air super wet and unbreathable...
The location is really nice.

CanadaThe room was not the same as in the photo provided. When I asked, all I was told was "not here". Very disappointed in the room. It was slightly below ground level and next to the front entrance so I heard everyone coming and going. The service was non existent. I had sent a message before I arrived asking for directions and despite acknowledging my message, no directions were provided. The taxi driver called the phone number on the site but the number was not in service. They changed their phone number but did not update it on booking.com.
Good location on a quiet street but still close to everything. Rooftop terrace was nice.

SpainI travelled with my mother, and the property had stairs everywhere. So it made it a little uneasy for her. Other than that. Was over all good.
The best part was the location. Close to the Jemaa el-Fna square!

ItalyThe room that i booked Is not what i had. Dont book this Riad if you are traveling alone for sure since the picture that its on the reservation is different from what you'll have. I booked the room With Windows and Orange painted walls but they gave me a room like storage With no Windows and the toilet has a stinky odor. When i asked to have the room that i booked as like in the picture. they asked me 30€ more because the owner said its a double room but i think It unfair. They have only One hairdyer. Ask the night before otherwise you wont have oppurtunity to dry your hair since other room have It and you have ti wait at 11 or 12 at check out or the other guest Is gone. (or the guest Will return at back) I had to stay Just One night so i Just left the argument and didnt want to ruin my vacation. They dont accept card so bring cash With you
The lady that works in the Riad Is really hard working. All though She doesnt speak different languages she's makes things confortable.

BulgariaWhen we arrived, there were no towels or soap in the room, we had to ask for these and were given two rather old towels. The bathroom was tiny, had no light and the floor was dirty and very slippery. There was no bath mat. Breakfast was very basic and consisted of bread, cheap margarine, some weak coffee and tea and some cold pancakes. We asked twice for some eggs for breakfast and were eventually rewarded by having one egg between us! When it came time to leave for the airport, Tarik offered to help by booking a taxi for the airport. He quoted us a price of 300 dirhams which is nearly 30 euros. This is double the going rate and although he "negotiated" the price down to 200 we decided to make our own arrangements and paid 150....which is the maximum anyone should pay! We stayed in three separate rooms during our time in Morocco and all three were rather disappointing. Apart from the lack of cleanliness and danger from the very slippery bathrooms, all three lacked any storage space or other hotel basics. Ripping off tourists for taxi rides will give the Moroccan tourist industry a bad name...and that would be a shame as we have had great experiences in other Riads.
Tarik was helpful and knowledgeable. He helped us to print our boarding passes and was understanding when we had to cancel one of our bookings. The price for the room was competitive compared to other Riads near by.

Stayed here on our way back home as the first night was great and we didn't want to risk getting a poor sleep before our flight. The room and bathroom were spacious and clean. Tarik even helped us with last minute logistics which we are very grateful for and also arranged a very early taxi to the airport right from the accommodation. Would definitely recommend.

Egypti was accommodated in a ground floor room (Right by the entrance door of the Riad ) which was extremely noisy and annoying every time a guest comes in and out. on my first night some guests were checking in at 11.30 pm Continually knocking the door for 5 minutes ! i tried to reach out to Tarek the manager to change the room but he never answered any of my messages for two consecutive nights ! in addition , there were ants in the room , no soap or shampoo in toilet and the breakfast was quite basic compared to other riads I have been into ! very disappointing experience I would never recommend

ItalyRoom was a bit small but very traditional.
Tarik was amazing in giving us all the tricks to start our journey in Marrakesh. We booked for a cheaper room which was on the ground floor and Tarik proposed to move in the room on the third floor for a little price. He also printed our boarding pass the day before (please be aware that you will need boarding pass printed at Marrakesh Airport). Breakfast was very good and traditional. Room was cleaned and made up every morning. Very central location, in the Medina but very peaceful at all times. We had a great stay.
