Well situated. Very helpful staff…Abdul made us a delicious dinner and breakfasts were excellent. Thick duvet on bed and an electric blanket…very welcome as it was cold outside! Lovely rooms. Absolutely superb couple of nights.

A traditional and beautiful Riad, with an incredible rooftop, where you can have breakfast every morning, or just sit and have a cup of tea, while admiring the city. The staff is super kind and help you with whatever you need. The bed was confortable, and the traditional marrocan breakfast was really good. For sure I'll be back here and recommend to everyone that goes to Tetouan.

Nothing to dislike. But a suggestion would be to have a few toiletries in the bathroom: soap and shampoo but I had some.

Wonderful authentic Riad in the heart of the Medina. Superb views from the roof top. The host Abdul is incredibly friendly and helpful. And he’s also a fantastic cook! He definitely made the time there a comfortable and enjoyable one. Many many thanks!

If you want a real world experience this is your place. In the middle of the medina, very old but original, and we'll maintained. Tetouan is lacking in the restaurant department but Abdul cooks fresh dinners using traditional means. Artistic great rooms and excellent roof deck. Very close to the location of the main square, shopping and king's home. All and all a great place to stay if you like to be in the middle of culture. Book for three nights but stayed for 8.

Abdul was such a great host. The Riad was beautiful when you walked in, but I thought the rooms could have been slightly better done. There was no heating, but plenty of bedding ensured we were toasty.

The hotel looks beautiful, The room was very nice , There is a beautiful view on the terras, looking over The Medina. Mounir and Abdul were fantastic hostal, helping with everything. The braekfast is also really good. Thanks Mounur and Abdul for a wonderful stad.

A very nice location close to the Royal Palace and right next door to Riad Aziman. ( see entrance photo). The upstairs rooms are bright and airy and the other guests were respectful and quiet after 11 pm. Abdul and Munir are very helpful and I enjoyed a special gnawa evening with Abdul’s friends. Abdul is a very kind man with a good command of Italian, French, Spanish and English. His teas are very nice with a variety of herbs … not just mint. He looks after his 106 year old mother on top of all of his other responsibilities! Shukran Abdul!

ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING! This was an incredible experience! I can not rate this Riad highly enough. I was welcomed with such friendliness and enthusiasm that I felt instantly at home. My room within this exquisite Riad was spectacular and adorned with such beauty I felt like royalty. Breakfast was delicious and a must on the terrace where the view is AMAZING! Location, cleanliness, style, comfort, value only come second to the super hosts. A MUST STAY!

Unfortunately the breakfast is not included. And they gave us the upper room it's so hot & without air-conditioner. In addition, he toilet is exposed with no privacy or barrier with the rest of the room

The staff was so kind they offered to us a free local tea, they led us for the terrace that was amazing with 360° view. The location was perfect in the heart of Old Medina.

A little hot in that room as no air conditioning but I was given a fan when I asked which helped a lot.

The beauty of the architecture was stunning, it was a feast for the eyes entering into the Riad and to think this was once someone’s home! The roof top had many areas to relax and absorb the surrounding views, also where breakfast is served and the many mint teas by Abdul! A very caring member of the Riad staff. Very attentive at all times, making sure I was comfortable.

Abdul was such a dedicated and caring host. He thought of all the little things. I highly recommend the airport transfer service and getting one of the rooms upstairs with the ensuite as they are very spacious and comfortable.

This was my 4th time here, and it says everything. My second house out of home, here in Tetouan. Amazing location and views, perfect service, really the best place to stay in Tetouan while discovering this beautiful city.

Everything was AMAZING!

Absolutely amazing stay! We don't even know where to begin! The managers are swift and helpful, upon arrival they were very welcoming and provided delicious mint tea and told us a bit about Tétouan. The mint tea was provided throughout our whole stay and we also had outstanding breakfast (HIGHLY RECCOMMENDED IT IS DELISH..WE DREAM ABOUT IT ..STILL!) Abdul went out of his way to make sure we were happy, comfortable and well fed ! The tours are amazing and the Riad also offers a lot of other excursions. You will feel safe and comfortable here! We'll definitely be back, thank you Riad Tetuanía! The riad is very clean and beautiful, we were happy to be able to experience the beautiful city I this way. I recommend to eat your breakfast on the top terrace/rooftop as well, you can enjoy the beautiful sights and sounds of the Medina. Truly breathtaking and great cultural experience. We felt like family and very welcomed here.
