Breakfast was excellent - served with traditional food and drinks. Location is at the old city Medina, it is very close to a lot of traditional restaurants. Hotel staff is great, friendly and helpful with everything you need.

Room was a good size as Riad's go, very clean, good shower with hot water. Breakfast was reasonable, could have done with some fruit and yoghurt.

I stayed at this riad, and everything was wonderful. The staff, especially Zaid, was incredibly helpful and friendly. I was truly impressed by the way he took care of the guests. The owner, Karima, was very generous, warm, and always ready to assist with everything which i realy appreciated. They also organize tours with a very reasonable prices. I loved the hammam and the massage as well. The room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. Thank you for everything, Highly recommend 10/10 :)

We stayed in the riad for 4 nights, everything was great. Beautiful and clean riad. Very convenient location, in the heart of the Medina, all the attractions can be reached on foot. The room was clean, the air conditioner warmed up the room to a comfortable temperature, and the room itself has everything you need. A delicious, breakfast. Staff was very attentive and hospitable, wonderful people, feels like home. We definitely recommend this place!

The Riad was very nice, the staff was super helpful because the driver was late when arriving to the airport but we were able to calm the Riad and they made sure they came. The room is nice, has a portable heater that was really great since it gets a bit chilly and night. Breakfast was superbe, felt like home. Very welcoming. Also the location is great!

We stayed 3 days in this lovely riad with two kids (family room). The location is perfect as the riad is in the middle of the medina! You reach all highlights of the town in minutes from the riad. The breakfast is absolutely incredible, and the hosts are very friendly and welcoming!

A very small point, but it would have been helpful to have hooks for towels in the bathroom. As with every riad, the facilities are not very soundproof.

We had to buy our toilet paper, it got a bit loud in the mornings but this is all very minor and nothing that would in any way change our general positive opinion about the stay!!

It was a really lovely Riad, we felt like home from the first moment. What stuck out the most was the incredibly kind and lovely lady who was making the breakfast & taking care of the Riad. Her name was Khadijah, she was so kind and caring, she even washed our clothes and folded everything. Even though we both didn’t speak french, it was so easy to communicate and feel welcomed. She poured us tea whenever we liked. Arbi was also a lovely host, he was there often and always asked if there were any questions or further needs. The location is perfect, right in the middle of the medina, which is a great experience to immerse with the culture!

Its really hard to get to by taxi. Because of narrow roads. Taxi needs to drop you about 7 minutes walk walk away. But Zaid from the Riad made sure to come out and help me with laggae to the property.

Location is great less than 10 minutes walk to the centre. Also staff are very friendly and helpful. Khadija was amazing, very nice and warm person. She really made me feel like home. Will definitely go back.

Clean comfortable room, located in a quiet area, though 5 minutes or so walk to old Medina. Karima and Khadija provided excellent service. This is my 5th time staying here. I'm very happy with everything.

Everything was great, but adding some fresh fruits for the breakfast would make it perfect.

The riad is located in the middle of medina, but far enough from the noisy streets that it is quiet there. You can hear and see the birds in the courtyard in the morning. The staff was exceptional friendly and helpful. We were welcomed with a glass of traditional mint tea when we arrived even though it was quite late. They arranged for us to print boarding passes when we realized that we need ones and earlier than usually served breakfast on our last day when we had to catch the plane. The room was spotless clean with cosy bed and proper water pressure in the shower. Riad Thycas has definitely good vibes, you can feel very authentic morroccan atmosphere, but not being affected by the city hustle and bustle. There is a rooftop where you can sunbath or have a cup of coffee. Definitely recommended! Special thanks to Arbi, Ahmed and Khadija. :)
