Great location: in the medina, close to the main square, but still quiet. The Riad itself is beautiful, super clean, and the staff is really friendly. Same for the room: spacious, cosy and clean. Hot water is available too. Zahra prepared a traditional and delicious breakfast for us, and she made our stay wonderful. Definitely a place to stay if you are going to Marrakesh!

very clean. have everything we need as a family. the best mattresses we have had in our stay in Morocco and the Riad is very quiet so we slept really well. good breakfast. the host also let us stay until the afternoon knowing our flight was not until the evening, and served us tea.

The Riad is central and located just a few minutes away from the main square. it is quite difficult to find when you first arrive as it is located in a small dark ally way, but the driver was kind enough to take us there. In our room the AC was not working, which was not a problem because we visit in December, but I would see it as a downside if you visit in Summer. In addition to that, there was not a outside window, so not the lightest airy room, but the rest was perfect!

The staff was extremely lovely, everyone was super helpful and welcoming. Our stay started with the transfer organized by the Riad followed by a welcome tea with do and dont’s in the city. we also booked a day trip to essaouira and a hamman massage directly with them, which was great and very convenient. Every day the staff will check on us to see how everything was going. The breakfast was always there on time, the Wi-Fi was good and decoration was very traditional. if you are looking for a place to stay, which is central and not too expensive, I would highly recommend Riad Thycas.

It was an amazing trip. The Riad is situated comfortably close to Jemaa el Fna and the souks. The area is peaceful considering just a minutes walk takes you bang in the middle of the vibrant inner city. The staff was amazing, they helped us plan our trip and excursions and were happy to answer any questions we may have. We initially booked 3 nights and extended by a further 5 nights. Although it took a bit of rejigging, the management were able to get us to extend our stay in the same room and we really appreciated them for doing that at the last minute. Would love to visit again.

The riad is located down a very small off the track ally way, there is a sign showing the direction but just a heads up it can be a little hard to locate when you first arrive, but the staff are very friendly and willing to help.

Like any riad, this one also has a nice, comfortable vibe and full of character. When we checked in the staff were very helpful and made sure that we had everything sorted for our stay, we were also provided with some Moroccan tea which was a nice touch. We booked into one of the smaller rooms, where there is a double bed not a queen which is more something to note but this did not effect our stay. The room was comfortable and the bathroom was a good size where there is a hot bath/shower. There is a rooftop garden has seating and is comfortable. They provide a laundry service which was helpful for us and it is at a very reasonable price. There is a breakfast space in the central common area, I informed the hotel in advance that my wife eats a gluten free diet, the staff made complete effort to accommodate this but the breakfast was on the small side, but I'm sure more food would have been provided if we raised our concerns. Overall a great stay.

The hosts at this immaculate riad could not have been more accommodating, helpful and friendly. It was lovely to be welcomed with a pot of mint tea and the staff was wonderful throughout my stay. The riad is in easy reach of the main square, but was in an area quiet enough that you get a good night's sleep. Breakfast was delicious... I'll definitely return!
