Our stay at Riad Zayn & Spa was flawless. The property is beautiful and well-maintained, offering a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere. The reception, with the hospitality of the manager, Simo, and especially Ayoub, was exceptional. Ayoub welcomed us with a traditional tea upon arrival at the Riad after check-in, and he always made an effort to communicate with us in Italian, which was impressive. They always tried to provide a solution to every need we had. They truly made us feel at home, offering warmth, availability, and excellent advice for exploring the city. The breakfast was a real delight, with a wide variety of fresh and traditional dishes that gave us the perfect start to the day. I highly recommend this riad for a stay in Marrakech, and I will definitely return!

There is nothing that we did not like.

Down an unassuming side street, Riad Zayn and Spa is a tranquil escape from the hustle and bustle of the medina. This little paradise has everything you need to rest and reset after a long day of sightseeing, and the friendly yet reserved staff (Zakarayae was particularly lovely, as were Ayoub and Mohamad) are always on hand to help. From its two pools and many areas for relaxation to a clean and comfortable bedroom, Riad Zayn and Spa is a perfect retreat.

It’s right in the middle of very residential area and about a 15 minute walk to the centre- very local- but we had no issues - be respectful and friendly.

It was absolutely perfect- beautiful and traditional- our room was just lovely and it was quiet and peaceful. We didn’t make use of the little spa pools but could have. Loved the fact it is set in a very traditional and residential area- so authentic and not touristy- staff supper friendly and couldn’t do more for you.

We had an amazing stay! An early check-in was possible and we were welcomed with Moroccan tea and an explanation of Marrakech. The room was beautiful and the staff was amazing, very helpful and friendly. Definitely would recommend to stay here!

Our stay was simply fantastic! The hospitality was incredible, with truly outstanding attention to detail and customer care. Huge compliments to the staff for their kindness and professionalism! The location is perfect—just outside the hustle and bustle of the Medina, yet still within walking distance of the main square. When needed, the staff kindly arranged tuk-tuks for us, making it even easier to get to the center. The food was spectacular, especially the breakfast, which was absolutely delicious! As a couple traveling together, we had an amazing experience. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Marrakech!

From start to finish our stay was perfect. The place is beautiful and clean, and the staff make the place what it is. The breakfast was fresh and varied and the dinner we had one night was just as good. We had seen some comments re: location but we were glad to be a little walk out of the centre. The stroll in to the souks every day was one of our highlights. Will be recommending this place to anyone we know coming to visit! Thanks to all the team.

Our stay at Riad Zayn & Spa was absolutely wonderful. From the warm welcome with mint tea to the beautifully decorated rooms and peaceful courtyard, everything was perfect. One of the highlights was the spa experience – a must for anyone visiting Marrakech. The hammam and massage were incredibly rejuvenating, and the therapists were professional and attentive. It was the perfect way to relax after a day of exploring the souks and historical sites. If you’re looking for a charming and tranquil retreat in Marrakech, Riad Zayn & Spa is the place to be. The location, despite the reviews, is not at the top. Maybe if you go with your family and friends is ok, but specially in certain hours we did not feel safe. Fortunately the staff is always at your disposal to call a taxi and a tuk tuk to pick you up and drive you to the center.

The staff is amazing, they make you feel better than if you were at home. They serve a delicious and local breakfast, changing almost everyday And they contribute to start your day with a big smile 😊 They helped us finding tuk tuk and taxis all around d even after our stay to go to the airport. They worth the trip to Marrakech!

the location was a bit far away of the medina and the area it was located was a bit sketchy, dark and reminded us of war zone, after a datly or two we got used to it and we didn't faced any trouble or disturbing.

No words can describe the hospitality of this Riad. From the moment I made the reservation and made some special requests as we were celebrating my husband's 44th birthday, I was sure that it was the perfect place for these 5 days in Maraquexe. For those who like to walk the streets to discover every corner of the city, this Riad, which is a 10-minute walk from the main square, was without a doubt a discovery and an experience worth repeating! The decor of the entire Riad is breathtaking. We stayed on the 1st floor. The room is extremely clean, organized and cozy. The breakfast is very complete and delicious!! I cannot finish without giving a special thanks to the entire team as they made our visit to Maraquexe memorable. The friendliness of the staff and the attention to detail make the best of an establishment. To Mohammad, Simo, Zakaria, Mehdi and last but not least Ayoube, thank you very much!! One of the best spots in Marakech!! Definitely to repeat!!

I think they could buy newer towels. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

I chose this place because I loved the colors. The light green blue and white and beige. I don’t like dark colored interior design. Colors really affect my mood. Also it was cheaper than the others and felt like really good value for money. They also have a small cold water jacuzzi on the roof and a heated pool inside! The service was the best part. We got better service than I’ve had in 5 star hotels. The best service ever. The staff in reception, the kitchen and cleaning staff were so friendly and helpful. They made the stay so memorable.

The Riad is very lovely and we liked it especially because of the traditional style. The staff was friendly, always willing to help, attentive to guests needs. They all speak fluent French and English so the communication was great. Everything was clean, the location is great easy to walk around. When we checked out we were allowed to stay and enjoy the facilities on the terrace until our flight. We truly enjoyed our stay and we recommend this place to anyone!

I loved everything could not fault it

An oasis of perfection . Everything is so tasteful . Modern but with traditional essence. As for the staff they were all so charming, friendly and helpful . A wonderful place to stay with well appointed rooms lovely toiletries . Varied breakfast with fresh orange juice and great coffee. Must be the best riad in Marrakesh . They also provide private transfer to airport and not forgetting the tuk tuk experience !

Location is very good, with many families in the neighborhood. The rooms are comfortable and we could sleep very well. The stuff is friendly and patient, they always helped us if we had any questions. Good delicious breakfast was served fast. The property is beautiful, well-located in a safe and easily accessible area and incredibly well maintained. All the employees from front of house to the cleaning team are diligent, welcoming and wonderfully hospitable. Truly a pleasure, and I will be returning.
