Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United KingdomOn our last day, we were told that we couldn’t keep our wrist bands on to eat at lunch, even though we arrived in the evening the day we arrived and so had not had either lunch or breakfast that day. I explained to the reception staff that I was diabetic and had a low sugar and needed to eat something, but I was told that that was too bad for me because it was not hotel policy to let people eat on the last day, even if they had a flight in the evening! I asked if I could just have a sandwich but the response was unwavering. As it was Ramadan, there was no food to eat locally either, so this put me in a dangerous situation. Surely, it would have been better if the hotel allowed its staff to be flexible in extreme cases, not only for better public relations, but also to help a fellow human being in a medical emergency.🥲
The animation team and the vast majority of all the other staff were really friendly and helpful and always took the time to say hello and check everyone was okay. There was a great variety of food on offer too, including lots of different vegetables, nice house wine and a very good coffee machine.

RomaniaThe rooms are very badly isolated, if you are in the rooms with garden view you hear the circulation every evening and they hunk a loooot. also you can hear what is happening in the other rooms. Cleaning lady nicely clean the bathroom and the bed was well done, but she did not clean the floor which was quite disturbing. really bad tea in the morning, luckily I had mine with me., coffee was okay.
staff was very very friendly, food was quite good, the couscous is miam, cocktails very well made, beachfront, no loud music, spa excellent, when asked for extra pillows wasn't a problem, nice garden with ducks and kittens. breakfast was awesome. Nice temperature in the heated-covered pool, which is needed as the outside ones are like 15C in wintertime. Easy booking for the restaurants.

AustraliaSomething I found quite strange was the security at the front door. In Morocco, it is illegal for Morrocan women to enter a hotel with a Westerner. My girlfriend is Brazilian and looks Moroccan. This meant every time we walked into the reception, we were followed by security who I believe thought she was a Moroccan prostitute. Not really the best customer experience.
Great location, great pool, great bars.

The food and drink, facilities and entertainment. The pools were varied and nice. The proximity to the beach gave fantastic views and was a great feature for the kids. The tourist district felt very safe. The indoor pool was bath warm for a European 😅 The cakes were exceptional.

FranceBeds are always moving from one another, and you cannot have a single double bed. Also the pillows are hard and pretty uncomfortable. Besides that restaurants are very noisy, so it’s better to eat outside.
We had a great time with our toddler in this place. Food is great and has a good selection. Animators anre nice and friendly, proposing plenty of different activities. Our daughter is a bit below 3, so kids activities were not very suitable for her. However, there are heated pools to compensate for that! For gym lovers, the gym on premises is pretty good, it has good equipment for cardio and musculation (machines and weights).

United KingdomThe food could of had more vegan options but apart from that everything went above my expectations
It was such a peaceful and relaxing environment and had everything you could want for a holiday where you just want to relax. Lots of different chill out spaces so it didn't feel repetitive everyday. So close to the beach could just pop in and out, especially to see the sunsets. The location was great! The rooms were very spacious and always cleaned so well.
