Hotel was massive rooms were spacious nice comfortable bed and shower. Plenty of pools and sunloungers to choose from. Great food variety, the animation team were fantastic great shows and exercise classes kept up entertained. All the staff are friendly. Hotel is clean, safe and great location.

Great staff in every role. Seems like the best located hotel in Agadir Nice and spacious. Must be hundreds of guests or more, yet never felt overcrowded at all. Anwar and the animations team were excellent

Ants everywhere - I have recorded this. In my suite had infestation of ants told cleaning & reception staff daily but all they did was spray something on the wall and then. Ants are still there. I had to go out and purchase ant kill and all the ants came out I can say more than 1000 ant approx. Spiders in room ants in my bed and side table. Disgusting, I have spots on my body too.

There were bugs everywhere there was a cockroach in the bed flies everywhere the door on the bathroom had no lock and the door in the shower is broken there is no bidet and unlike every hotel ive been in they didnt provide a prayer mat plus when i went there the ac was broken and the food was the absolute worst food ive ever eaten

The gym and the location and maybe the swimming pool the rest is very bad

Everything it’s amazing in this hotel ,reception,entertainment team ,bar from the pool . I celebrated my birthday and I received o bottle of champagne and a birthday cake,the whole team from the restaurant they sang happy birthday to me. I had the best birthday holiday in this hotel. I huge recommend to everyone ❤️

Food : - very poor ground meat - Agadir is fish city but I was frustrated by fish offer - too much to do for flavor (enough starter without taste)

Nothing I can remember,

Everything was very nice, the pool, the room, the food etc. The beach is literally 10 seconds walking in front.

firstly, the reception staff are very rude and unhelpful (they come across as very arrogant.) The cleaners come into the room even though there was a do not disturb sign on which I did not appreciate. the room itself is very outdated and needs some work doing (for example the tiles are chipped) the luggage and security staff did not help with our luggage at all which I found rather odd for a four star hotel. furthermore, we had to pay a £20 deposit to use the kettle to boil water for our baby’s milk which made no sense (the receptionist’s reason was that people left the kettle in the room upon checkout)

the pool and the views of the kasbah and beach were lovely. it was in a perfect location with everything quite close. the food was of good quality and we really enjoyed the burgers at the lunch buffet. the lunch time staff were really helpful and offered us a baby seat every time, even offered to get drinks for our baby. the pool staff were very entertaining and helped with everything like the sun beds and shades etc.

I love it here! All the staff are super friendly, polite an professional! Mohamed and Mohamed looked after us so well at the bar and Amine the DJ in the karaoke bar kept the party going! If you venture in the gym Mustapha will welcome you and show you around! Medhi keeps you smiling round the pool all day and the entertainment crew do a great job chatting to guests and making them feel welcome. Obviously the cleaners, maintenance staff and chefs do an amazing job too! It’s a beautiful resort and the beach is gorgeous!

The beds are not comfortable and pillows poor synthetic material. The food is eatable but no more. All buffet type, even for the restaurants requiring a reservation which is odd to me. The Asian style restaurant is the worst, don’t even batter going there. Us and 5 five other families barely touched the food and we ended up going at the main buffet. Most of the food is flavorless. The drinks at the bar are premixed and not what you would expect from the names. Coffee machines for breakfast are instant coffee mixtures (nesscafe). Way overpriced for what you get. Would not go back to this resort again.

Lunch/dinner lots of repeat and sometimes the same options and same desert daily. The beds were extremely hard I was left with back and body pains after one night and tried to complaint to management but were left with the same hard beds and told we can get refund to find some else. My back was significantly affected since my stay and had not been the same since returning to UK

There were lots of different options and fresh juices for breakfast . I loved the entertainment team
