My mattress was too hard, so it was uncomfortable for a few nights, until I got used to it. The room towels were technically clean, but they had different stain marks and hair stuck in them - this was unpleasant. I wish there was a Do Not Disturb sign for the door, because the cleaners came too early in the mornings. I appreciate that they wanted to clean my room daily, which I did not need, but 9am or 10am is too early, considering I prefer to relax and skip breakfast. The indoor pool is definitely not heated, but you'll eventually warm up after a few laps. The staff was very helpful so I tried not to complain about anything, but just enjoy the 10 days as best as possible!

My room and view were splendid, and the grounds were nicely maintained! All the meals were tasty and there were a lot of choices - plus everything was freshly made! One day I ate too much and made myself ill, but that's what happens when everything looks and tastes so good - FOMO :-) Try out the Moroccan and Japanese restaurants, if you want a quieter atmosphere or date-like ambiance. The hotel is on the beach and is perfect for a relaxing stroll at anytime. I felt safe exploring alone, but the sellers can be annoying. The location is ideal as it is close to the airport (30 minutes), and walking distance to the local shops and restaurants, if you feel like exploring a little.

Only minor side is that the place was probably built a couple of decades ago, if not more, so the ventilation system was a bit old (even though perfectly functioning) and the balcony door was broken (but we didn’t even complain to the reception, otherwise I guess they would have given us another room). Also, the staff cleans every day meaning they tidy up a little, but they only actually clean (with mop etc) once a week. We were never in the room so for us it was fine, but if you are a “chill traveler” you can still order extra cleaning via their app!

The resort is fantastic: it counts 4 restaurants, 4 swimming pools, 3 bars and offers all the possible services you might need, from excursion partners, to private taxi rides, to a personalized birthday cake! I was in Tikida Dunas for a week with my boyfriend and the last day, it was my birthday. My boyfriend secretly told the restaurant staff about it, and they put rose petals on the table, offered a Prosecco bottle, brought a personalized birthday cake with my name on it and sang happy birthday. It was so sweet :) Also, the all inclusive formula seriously is “all inclusive”, including a variety of alcohol choice, not only the food, so it seriously costs nothing more than what you pay here on Booking.com! Our room was pool and sea view, it was big, the beds comfortable, everything great. They have a very good App which is for all Riu Resorts, there you can book restaurants inside your hotel, order extra shampoo, etc. I had a great experience and I highly recommend it!

The food was not great at all,tasted mass produced. There were a lot of ants in our room and the room also had a damp smell.

I bought a package for my sister and her kids as a gift, the front desk agent charged my credit card and add the interest + fee instead of charging the exact amount that was posted on Booking- it was awkward and not professional to add fee/interest. I was on the phone with the agent for 30 mins to convince her to charge my credit card. I had to email her my credit card info and my ID, so she could process the payment I was disappointed for the overcharge, but it was a solution not professional at all. Thanks

Wasn't anything I didn't like really, my only issue was the room was a little far from reception but wasn't a massive issue and to be fair with all the eating probably did us a favour. Also the rooms could do with tea/coffee facilities.

Travelled with my wife and 3 children and booked 2 standard rooms which were very comfortable albeit a little dated in olaces but most importantly clean. Excellent location and facilities. Everything and more you would expect from an all inclusive. The food although a little repetitive was tasty every time. Pool area and size was perfect even with a full hotel no issues with getting sunbeds and even if these were all taken the poolside staff managed to source some. We used the indoor also and my only gripe with it was it was very cold but the pool itself was large and clean and we still enjoyed it. The entertainment team tried their best and did put on some good shows. Overall the staff can't do enough for you and I would highly recommend this place. We all had a great time, lovely country lovely people.

Friendly staff, guys were friendly. The women grumpy especially at the bar by the snack bar. Made us feel uncomfortable. Loved the clean pool and tidiness of surroundings. Low music should be played as background by pool at outdoor bars. Makes atmospheric. Decking area by box animation shed very wobbly in some places. Assets staff were Yassine Mohammed Kamal Thats main ones we seen about everywhere. Great happy lads.

Breakfast all the time the same no changing at all waiting like 10 minutes for local pancake msm,lunch they changing one or two things but most of the things the same dinner they changing little bit but all the same flavours in local souk test better . I’ve been 10 years ago in this hotel and the food was good the staff were really amazing but now change a lot for West the stuff they okay the foot let down completely we’ve been poorly as well about it they didn’t even allowed my son to get the girls outside because they said they gonna need it for 3 o’clock which I was like three hours after then I have to go to reception and ask for the cremation after waiting like half an hour day they call the manager and I allowed to play with the little goals for the children’s

Swimming pool was very good entertainment is good as well it’s all inclusive but remember you can drink coffee after 930 in the morning no facilities in the rooms for caffe or tea

Reception staff are very rude and unhelpful. Slopes for baby strollers/wheelchairs could be better located. Sunbeds and towels ran out very quickly with restocking taking a very long time. Food was very poor quality with very limited options. For such a large resort I would've expected more choices. Same foods most nights with only 2 or 3 rotated or made with a different flavour.

Large resort with nice gardens which are well maintained. Very close to the beach. Animation team very helpful and friendly.
