The hotel needs some investment around the pool area, many poolside areas were cordoned off, due to broken/raised tiles, (maintenance team currently working on this, however progress is very slow). All parasols are old need replacing.

This is a lovey hotel, set in beautiful grounds, with a huge pool, plenty of sun loungers and pool towels provided. . Good day time entertainment poolside, aqua aerobics, Zumba etc. Rooms are spacious and clean with fresh towels provided daily. Food was wonderful, buffet style AI with plentiful choices. Very friendly, hardworking staff.

Insane variety of food, 3 restaurants inside hotel including authentic Moroccan food, exceptional service in Bar, outside and inside pool, kids activities, Aqua gym, bingo, yoga, Amazing performance by Entertainment team at evenings. Professional photo session service at garden area. Free shuttle bus every hour to Center was bonus! ATM service next to reception was very helpful !! Staffs are friendly and welcoming. :)

Unfortunatley we had no water 2 bathe for 2 nights , the selection of drinks was limited and only local brands and the choice of food was quite repetative but well presented if somewhat limited .The air conditioning wasnt working at all and the temperature in the room was uncomfortable for the 4 days of 35 degree heat . The hotel shop was poorly stocked and and mainly just full of gifts and was only open for 6 hours during the day

The hotel was very comfortable and facilities really good , the staff were very attentive and pleasant. Our room made Bouchra was superb leaving all manner of towel designs each day and cleaning the room perfectly

The WiFi could be better but who comes on holiday to be on their phone the whole time. However if coming for work maybe buy a local SIM card for better WiFi.

Honestly don’t have anything bad to say about our stay. The hotel grounds are beautiful, the rooms are so comfy, the pool is massive and the indoor one is big too, the food was a great variety some days obviously better than others, the staff are INCREDIBLE. Thank you for making our stay so special, massive shout out to Adil.

The rooms could do with basic tea/coffee facilities I found this annoying they didn't. The staff on the bar, and surrounding pool side didn't speak much English. The WiFi was utter rubbish unless sat in reception which we didn't want to do, having young children back in the UK we wanted to be connected incase of emergencies. The food became a bit same, same each day with not much difference. The Italian you can book into was no different to the buffet offered each night to everyone else, and would of preferred to have done this so we got more options instead of pasta and pizza. Towels given in the rooms are horrible, very thin and small but the pool towels were more suitable for after shower use.

The hotel was great value for money, we paid around £698 for the trip and were impressed at what we got for 5 nights. The staff on reception were very friendly and helpful when it was needed. The room was also a very impressive size! The food was well stocked!

It is located in a nice area away from the busy & bustling part of Marrakech. The complex size is considerable with a private apartment feeling enjoying the benefits of rooms service and cleaning.

Selection of food not always great if you don’t like Moroccan food. I did but my husband didn’t and there’s only so much pizza, chips and pasta you can eat. Only 2 bars meaning you have to walk far to get a drink. Waiters do not offer poolside service at the pool. Connecting rooms are only connecting from the outside. Reception staff not very helpful Rooms are basic, no kettle or iron - available on request from reception Shower head came out of the wall and fell on my husband . Reception staff did not even apologise. We also had to chase them to come and fix it. Drinks are weak and often had to ask for more alcohol. The bar staff act like the cost of the alcohol is coming out of their pocket. Drinks are hit and miss depending on who’s making it. THE WIFI! Definitely get a sim card for £20 at the airport.

Some of the rooms were difficult to find. But the main issue was the lack of WiFi. This was particularly frustrating as some of us needed to work here!

The grounds are nice and the staff are very helpful. The main outdoor pool was freezing and not usable for most people. The food is as good as you'd expect from an all inclusive place. The gym is pretty decent and the indoor pool was nicer to use. The free shuttle to town was great!
