A good choice of meals was provided for the buffet. The room was very comfortable, little patio outside, and easy to access. Air con not great but there was a ceiling fan to supplement and shower had enough pressure/hot water. Transport provided to and from the city which was very good.

This was an excellent hotel and brilliant value for money. Staff were amazing and the facilities exceeded my expectations. Great for a short stay. Don’t listen to negative reviews on the food being the “same”, it’s only the “same” if you choose the English option every night, they had a great selection and variety.

WiFi didn't really work in the rooms so lots of people would use it in the lobby, AC wasn't particularly cold, food became a little repetitive in the buffet.

Bit tired facilities, most of the rooms needs some repairs and complete overhaul in few years. Nothing extraordinary, but if ceiling fan is out of alignment and seems to come off any second, you may want to leave it off. If bathroom sink is somewhat clogged, you may need to brush your teeth using shower :) Nothing that ruins your good vacation mood, but kind of irritating sometimes.

Good location: close to the city but outskirts air is cleaner and less city noise. Wide food selection, something for anyone. Especially important if one takes kids and they tend to avoid unknown local food. Many sports facilitites, active entertainment and activities team, with all smiles and positive attitude.

Gym could do with one multi cable machine so can hit pretty much everybody part but it’s a minor detail for the weight lifting people. Too many dead cockroaches in the main lobby toilets just left lying around but I guess that’s a difficult problem to deal with.

Beautiful resort to walk around. Staff are brilliant, working tirelessly during the heat in Ramadan and they did their best to help. Leila at the Trattora restaurant was brilliant. Bed and sofa bed was comfortable. Nice baby pool and indoor pool. Great food choices in restaurants. Gym had a barbell and rack with plenty of weights which was good. Decent dumbbells up to 26kg

lack of sun loungers could have been a problem, unless you grab a bed at 7.30am you would struggle to find one. Drinks offerings were all pre-mixed cocktails. Restaurant options were both buffet, would have preferred a la carte in the two restaurants.

Coffee at breakfast wasn't that great. I would recommend investing in a more sophisticated coffee machine and hiring a barista.

Beautiful verdant grounds, very peaceful and quiet. I was only there very briefly to rest between red-eye flights, but managed to rest so well and to recover fully. Excellent staff, very attentive and professional. I arrived very late after midnight due to a delayed flight, was exhausted after travelling all day and hungry. There is no room service but it turned out they saved some food for me from their excellent dinner buffet which was very thoughtful. Breakfast buffet was very impressive too!

The toilet had major issues! Clogged sink, a horrible septic smell from the WC and we had to change rooms. Additionally, the food and alcohol are the lowest of quality, so all-inclusive does not necessarily mean that. We had to go out for dinner almost every night!

Reasonably priced, the serene environment, was so green and relaxing in the resort. The rooms were spacious as well and the lobby was very picture friendly. Too bad one of the staff called Hamed or so, lied to us upon check-in regarding the SPA and offered my birthday group a 50% discount when in reality the SPA is independent of the hotel.
