Nothing really. Wifi is a bit iffy in the rooms. Hotel is quite remote but there is a regular shuttle bus to town so not a problem.

Just returned from the Tikida Palmeraie and we loved everything about it. Three of us shared a suite which was plenty big enough. The pool and gardens are lovely and there were always loungers free when we went (October). Staff are friendly and helpful. The shuttle bus into Marrakech is reliable and regular. There's lots on - we did the aquaerobics most days, there's also other pool games going on and evening entertainment if you want it and the bars and lobby area are great. The food is good, plenty of choice and lots of vegetarian options. If you stay there, make sure you book the Moroccan restaurant one night, it's well worth it. If you need wifi, it's good in the main hotel area but iffy in the rooms - but honestly, that's the only (tiny) issue I can think of. Marrakech is fabulous and full on so the hotel is like an oasis of calm after a day in the town.

Way too busy, granted it was August but really not built for that capacity. Massive queues in the restaurant, queues to get drinks. I'd imagine it would be very nice slightly out of season, be would avoid busy summer months

The staff were not that friendly and it felt like they were always trying to scam us or wanting something from us. The food was mediocre, not always fresh. They were serving leftovers from previous meals. The alcohol drinks were not good. They barely put any alcohol in them and when we asked for more, it still wasn’t very strong. I think they put water in the liquor bottles.

It was clean and nice gardens. The rooms were spacious and tidy.

The mattress was broken and the Air conditioning didn’t work. I called reception and they sent someone out to fix the problem but it still didn’t work. The pillows has a very bad smell. Definitely won’t be visiting this hotel again. Also the receptionist who checked us in was very rude.

Location. The moroccan restaurant is not That great its better to go to the main buffet, better choices. Bring your own iron it's hard to get one there.

We loved every second of our stay! We travel a lot and we've never met more friendly, helpful, brilliant staff! They took amazing care of us the entire time, everyone knew our names, what we drink at what time of the day and it was by far one of the best vacations ever. Hotel/resort is beautiful, the entertainment staff are amazing, fun bunch, who won't allow you not to have fun, the food is great and there's so much choice of food, drinks and deserts all the time. Our room was huuuuge, super clean and cosy, with a nice balcony. On top of all this, there's a free RIU bus several times a day that takes you to the city center and drives you back.
