This is a personal dislike, but too many cats. When really warm, the smell of sewers can be off-putting in and around the medina. That is not to take away from the Marrakech experience.

The staff are just so helpful and hardworking and so accomadating to make your stay enjoyable. It is a real authentic experience of Marrakech. Street markets, hustle and bustle of everyday life. Amed was very helpful with every aspect of our break. Organising taxis for trips and taxi staff were very courteous and punctual.

Frühstück was excellent, Host took the time to explain us what to see and how to reach the different places. He was very helpful. Parking close by.

The Riad was perfect for our first experience in Marrakech. Very clean and beautiful to look at. Nagib and the rest of the staff were extremely welcoming and friendly and helped us out to plan our trip. The breakfast each morning was delicious and the staff really looked after us. Would very highly recommend and would definitely book again!

Nothing! But if you want to be in the heart of the old media, in a busier part, this isn't for you. It's a 10-minute walk to the main shopping area but we liked that because it was quieter. It's a 25 minute walk to Jmaa al Fnaa.

The staff at Riad Boustane were incredible. We experienced amazing hospitality - they really went above and beyond for helping us plan our time in the city, book tours, recommendations. But even ordered food in for us when we had some down time and organised spa treatments. And when we needed to get cash or taxis, Abdul came with us to make sure we didn't get lost getting out of the old medina. The sunset from the rooftop was lovely and peaceful and the pool was a perfect retreat from the heat of the day. Loved our stay here and would definitely come back.

The location was hard to find and felt a little sketchy, it was a little outside of the tourist areas, which might appeal to some. This is real Marrakech

The staff were excellent, very nice friendly and fun, room was very nice and clean, and peaceful. And when my taxi came to pick me up in the middle of night the manager went with me to the meeting place a short walk away, that meant a lot to me

Absolutely blown away, tucked away little paradise. A short walk to the square but the staff were exceeding any expectations, after arriving with a lost wallet they covered me until I could sort myself out, but the place was an artwork itself and very peaceful! Absolutely recommend for anyone, especially for those wanting to be a little bit out of the hustle and bustle

The fountain could be working all day long, the reception could be a bit more appealing… it is really not beautiful as a first impression. One day there was nice ambience music but you need better columns. Music would be great more often, just to give some ambience

A very beautiful Riad, simple but very well maintained and with a very authentic look. The terrace is very good, there was no time to use the pool but it was there :)

The best thing about the property is the way it’s being run. Osama is one amazing staff member at the property. He coordinates comfort , stay and satisfaction levels for the guests. He is one 5 Star guy in the property.

Riad Boustane was such a great stay! Cleanliness was superb, the courtyard for the Riad was absolutely beautiful. It was on the outskirts of the Medina so was easy to get a taxi around or if you prefer, you could walk into the square etc easily as well. Najib and his staff were so lovely and helpful. They also had a 6 month kitten who was super cute. They easily organised airport transport for us and order delivery food for us when we weren’t feeling too well. If you needed tips for the day with itinerary or activities, they were also around to help. The breakfast though was amazing. Very thoughtful in what they prepared and every morning was different. It felt like a five star hotel. Would definitely recommend Riad Boustane for people to stay!

The Riad was absolutely stunning. We had such a lovely stay and the staff were amazing. The location is great, the rooftop is stunning and perfect to lounge in the sun and watch the sunset. Really lovely breakfast. We loved our room next to the pool. Najib was incredibly helpful and made us feel at home. He went above and beyond with everything. Thanks so much! We will 100% be back to stay here. Kate & Joe :)

The property was absolutely stunning, it was relaxing and beautiful, my room was lovely as well with a huge bath and really nice lighting coming in through the stain glass windows. Breakfast was a very nice variety. Najib the host was amazing, I have never felt so at home and looked after on holiday before. All of the staff were lovely. I would highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a relaxing and friendly place to stay that is walking distance for exploring Marrakech.

Najib was an amazing host for our time in Marrakech. He really helped us find our way round, found us taxis and really made our trip special. The riad was beautiful and in a good location near the main road for transport. The breakfasts were always different and very tasty with local ingredients.
