The Riad is a small boutique hotel situated very close (3min walk) to the main square in Medina (Old Town). The room was very cosy, but it was enough for 2 nights stay. The lamp on the celing made the late night rest a unique, farytale experience. The bathroom could use some small renovation. We didn't try the breakfast as for the first morning we were going for a trip and it was served later (8.15), and for the second morning we got a package of sweets, water and juice to take with us to the airport. An airport taxi was booked through the reception desk and the driver waited for us in the lobby, then guided us to the car (it was 2am). It was a good quality for the price we paid.

No window in the bathroom in our room on the ground floor. It wasn’t a big deal but of course would be better if there was one 🙌🏼

The location was perfect- close to all necessary amenities like restaurants and main sightseeing spots, as well as souks, but safe at the same time. Easy to reach and take a taxi from the main street. The staff was very kind, they gave us many important tips. It was clean and breakfast was good :) They also kept our luggage safe for the whole day after the check out and let us wait on the terrace before our departure which was really nice. I can definitely recommend!

Couldn’t recommend this place enough, amazing location, big room and breakfast. The best part is the incredible service - made such a difference as a solo female traveller to have a friendly face at reception who went above and beyond to help me all of my questions! Booked a transfer, helped me with my SIM card and bus to the next location. 10/10 - I’ll definitely be back!

We spent two nights at Riad Saad and had a great stay. The staff was very friendly, the breakfast was delicious, and the overall experience was excellent value for money. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect—just a three-minute walk from the main square. Truly a great choice for a stay in Marrakech!

Nice and accommodating, the booking has been followed by a phone call to confirm, besides the riad is located in the heart of the medina close to all the attraction and make you feel the breeze of the medina and involve in the local culture and traditions, I highly recommend.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing Stay at Riad Siad Everything was Perfecto! We stayed in a double room at Riad Siad from January 24th to 27th, and our experience was fantastic. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly kind, always attentive, and ready to help with anything we needed. The breakfast was delicious and varied, the perfect way to start the day. The location is also excellent, just a short walk from the main square, making it easy to explore the city. The value for money is outstanding. Everything was clean and well-maintained, making our stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this riad and would definitely stay here again!

The location is great especially when you want to go outside of Medina. Very short distance to main roads to take bus or taxi. Taha was great person, he was very helpful about my questions. The property offers perfect price performance. Having free breakfast in the terrace was perfect start to day.

We had the larger room on the second floor, just under the terrace. Unfortunately we were disturbed at night and in the early morning if anyone was using the terrace, by the sound of metal tables and chairs scraping against the floor directly above our room.

Having just left a very expensive booking and just needing somewhere for one night, we found ourselves very pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and service. Taha especially is a gem! He helped my family and I with printing our boarding passes, booking taxis and overalls made our last day in Marrakesh great!

A little loud in the room next to the road. Motorbike sounds all day and night and even with the shutters and window shut it is loud.

Very good location, close to main square. Beautiful small Riad with terrace. Good continental breakfast with fried egg and real orange juice served at the terrace. As a single women I felt very well looked after by the stuff, specially reception guys. Excellent internet connection for video calls.

Our stay at Riad Saad was absolutely amazing! The room was comfortable and had a private bathroom that was spotless, which made our experience even better. The hotel is located on a safe and clean street, adding to the overall charm of the stay. A special mention goes to the receptionist, Yahya, who went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time. He was incredibly helpful, even assisting with printing our boarding passes for free. Yahya also helped us plan our Marrakesh trip, offering valuable tips and suggestions. This hotel offers a warm and welcoming experience, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Marrakesh!
