It is very well located, right in the middle of the old city. The souk, restaurants and markets are within a few minutes of walking distance. The host was helpful with information and gave us a map. The room was quite large and clean.

Very friendly staff with great service and nice recommendations (Hamam, Restaurant). Great location next to Jemaa el fna. We had a simple room (as booked) for one night and were moved to the best room in the second night just by that! The rooms were not super new, but everything is well equipped, functional and clean. We can recommend the riad! Thanks again for the nice stay.

The Riad is in a perfect position, close to Jeema El Fnaa square, with a beautiful rooftop Terrace where you can relax and have breakfast. The area is safe and quiet. The difference from the other Riad is the host, Abdo. He’s amazing and super helpful. Next time in Marrakech we will come back again!

It is really well-located, going in 2 minutes to the main square. The breakfast is exceptional, both for the food and for the terrace. The hosts are always available and really kind.

Noise can be heard through the door, so it makes it very loud later evening. Also our window towards the street lets noise into the room easily. But this is the Medina after all!

Brilliant location, breakfast was lovely, fresh eggs, juice, bread, jam, pan au chocolate and coffee. Our room was beautiful, clean and very spacious. About a 5 min walk from the centre, i felt very safe and the owners were very helpful and friendly.

This charming riad is just a short walk from the Jemaa el-Fnaa square, making it the perfect base for exploring Marrakesh's top attractions on foot. The room is clean and comfortable, and the rooftop terrace offers great views of the city while you enjoy the breakfast. The staff is friendly and helpful, and Abdo in particular was a great resource for tips on where to find the best souvenirs and also helped me to rent a car.

The location is amazing, central and easily accesible. Hight light however was the staff, extremely kind, available and hospitable. The excursions they arrange are fairly priced, and the place while not luxurious is clean and comfortable. Great value, would recommend

Nothing in particular, maybe the stairs and some repair stuff kept around the Riad keeping from taking nice pictures from the Riad interior environment.

I had a very nice stay at the Riad Saad in Marrakech. The place is very well located, I could go everywhere I wanted easily by foot. The room was good, with a comfortable bed, very clean and with everything needed in a budget room. The staff was wonderful, especially Abdo and Adel, who were very friendly, warm, and helpful. They made me feel welcome and were always available for making my stay the best possible. They gave me great tips on where to go and what to see in the city. The nice lady who cleaned and cooked was also very professional and efficient. She kept the room clean and prepared tasty meals every day. I enjoyed particularly the Baghrir, which was warm and delicious. I plan to return to the same Riad whenever I go to Marrakech. It was a good vacation, thanks to the excellent service and hospitality of the Saad staff.
