I Couldn’t recommend this lovely Riad enough. I was just by myself and the all the ladies made me feel so welcome as soon as I arrived and could not do enough to help me and make me feel at home. The breakfast was beautiful, which is served up on the terrace with a lovely view. The room was also beautiful with little lovely little touches such as shampoo, shower gel, fresh filtered water everyday, rose water spray and amenities. and there is a laundry service too which is super handy. I wish I could have stayed here longer. The best place I have stayed in for a long time! There is also a beautiful cat called Yoda who will come and join you for breakfast and lounge around in the sun waiting for cuddles 😸🧡 Thank you so much for a beautiful stay I will definitely return here when I come back.

The staff was friendly and the rooms were comfortable with a sitting area. Breakfast on the terrace was hvery good. Good location to beach and shops. Throughout the Ryad you will find interesting art. Very nice stay.

Beautiful Riad filled with treasures from around the world, amazing hosts, wonderful breakfast on the roof. We could not have asked for more. Everyone was so helpful, making our stay in this very comfortable and spacious Riad a home from home.

Riad Watier was a great find, right in the heart of the Medina but still quiet at night. A charming little Riad and so pretty! Fatiha and all the other staff were very friendly and couldn’t be more helpful, booking things for us and giving advice on where to go and what to do. They looked after us so well - even putting on the heaters and electric blankets for when we returned from a night out when it was a bit chilly! The roof terrace breakfasts are amazing! Be aware that it is on several levels. We had my elderly mother with us who found the stairs a bit of a challenge! Thank you!

I would like to bring my family here, because it was so perfect! Breakfast at the rooftop to the sound of crashing waves, my spacious, spotless room with a heated bed, wonderful hammam experience... and most importantly of all, people who made this riad a special place! They really like their guests, and that just feels wonderful. If you are in Essaouira, stay there because it will create magic memories, just like it did for me.

Excellent breakfast on the roof terrace. The ryad is full of books - in a huge library and in the bedrooms. Hayat, Fatiha and all the staff were amazing - so friendly and helpful. I had a wonderful session in their own hammam.

Everything was perfect :D

It’s a gorgeous property which was recently refurbished. We stayed for 1 week and had a lovely time. We first stayed in a large double room (37 sqm) which was stunningly decorated and very large! For the last few days we moved to the family room which was split across 2 floor and had 2 bedrooms, a living room with a fireplace. The whole Ryad smelled amazing at all times and also has a common hall with a fireplace which they kindly start for us whenever we want. The staff (special mention to Hayat and Fatiha) were so friendly and kind, it felt like we were at home. Tea/coffee were unlimited and free laundry was also perfect. The 3 cats on site were such a treat too. The breakfast on the open terrace was so peaceful. Big terrace to just chill with a book or tan. Plus it’s 3-4 mins walking to everything. We were so sad to leave! Will definitely return :)

There was nothing we didn't like.

We loved our stay at Ryad Watier. The staff were lovely and the place was beautiful, clean and comfortable. The location was fantastic - right in the middle of everything, but so quiet and peaceful. A great base to explore Essaouira. We especially loved the spa - we had a hammam and it was fabulous.

That we only stayed two nights.

Absolutely everything!! The staff, all women which I loved, were all kind, helpful, full of tips and recommendations. The breakfast, tea, cookies, everything was superb. Our kids loved the cats of the house. My daughter wanted to stay there forever. We would 100% come back and 100% recommend. I was sad to leave such a warm, comforting, special place.

I live in a bungalow so the steep steps were a bit hard work. The alleyway the Riad is in is quite dark at night and easy to step in cat poo.

The staff were wonderful. The whole atmosphere was great. Maybe something to do with the fact all the staff are female. They love the local town cats. Good hamman and massage .

A really warm welcome. The rooms are great and lovely decorated. From the rooftop, were is served the breakfast und you can enjoy the time, you can see and hear the sea.
