The room was very cozy and clean. The location was right in the centre close to key restaurants and sights. The staff were very welcoming and supportive, especially with the special request made. Thank you for going above and beyond.

The surroundings are a bit noisy at night, but it was fine with earplugs.

We had a terrible second night thanks to a noisy party in the room above. I complained to the people making the noise but they kept on. I complained to the hotel staff at 4.00 am and they didn't try and stop the noisy guests they just offered me a different room but I didn't want to move at that time of night for just one additional night. Thankfully the noisy guests left the next day.

Nice suite, clean, spacious and comfortable The staff at breakfast were great. They were helpful and good fun to chat to. The location was fine if you didn't mind walking a bit and it was convenient for the station.

I don't know if it's because of Ramadan or because mainly Moroccans frequent this hotel but breakfast was supposed to be served at 9am! Then the chef only arrived at 09:30. If you're an early riser maybe avoid...

The level of cleaning varied from day to day. Nothing major to be unsatisfied with, quite a basic hotel compared to what they seem to be aiming at.

I am very satisfied with this hotel! But one thing that was sometimes inconvenient is the music played downstairs (in the evening/night) can be heard in the bedroom. (it could be that this is only during the summer holidays?)

I stayed in this hotel for about 16 nights. Let's start with how nice the hotel is, everything is new and modern we have nothing to say about that. I am verry picky when it comes to hygiene and hotels! That's my first priority! I think SBN suites are very clean, the rooms are cleaned every day, the corridors, restaurant and hall are clean. The service was top notch! I’m amazed how the people at the front desk are super friendly and polite! (the young lady and the 3 gentlemen😉) Very open people nothing is too much to ask! They are always ready to solve your problems! They take their job seriously! Hats off👏🏅 The same for the people in the restaurant, the cleaning crew! The cleaning ladies are super friendly also! The security we can't forget them too!! When I think of SBN suites, I mainly think of the service that was good and made my stay verry pleasant! I definitely recommend it 😊!

I had an amazing holiday in Morocco.Everyone I so kind,respectful, welcoming.I loved my stay at the hotel , Everything was perfect . The most important part was the staff.They are highly professional,extremely hard-working people,dedicated,loving and caring.I loved them so much.I had an amazing week and I didn’t want to leave.But I had to return to work in London,and hopefully,I will be back more often for holidays In Morocco.
