Air conditioner was not working, and we only learnt at the time of check-in when we go to hotel already. Breakfast was only consisting of sweet things, salty alternatives were much less in comparison.

Location is at the free-zone area, very close to companies. But most taxis are not working in this area.

Staff know that the central air con was not working he literally said its broken and not going to be fixed all this summer, we were boiling inside literally and unable to have a sleep before our early morning flight.Staff at the reception were polite and sympathised with our situation but unable to help the situation. RUNAWAY from this rubbish hotel by all means.

very clean and organised hotel, you have everything you need in the. room, the room was huge and bedroom was comfortable. we had nice breakfast. very close to the airport, just bit expensive about 40-50 euro per night but worth it. highly recommended

Handy for Ibn Battouta Airport which is close by, very clean room, courteous and helpful staff. Will definitely stay here again ! Fairly large swimming pool with a garden.

Stayed here as our flight was very early in the morning. The hotel is ok…waited at reception for 10 minutes before being checked in. This was 6pm. No facilities open including restaurant or swimming pool. Taxi cost us 150DH for a 10 minute drive! Don’t think it was particularly cost saving staying close compared to city centre.

The room was not very clean, sticky floors, damaged furniture, AC and telephone not working, no English TV channel . Everything just generally tatty and not looked after. I know its cheap but it should atleast be clean.

One of the lights in my room was broken, really small cheap bad quality soap, small stains on the towels, no information about the number of the reception in the room or the restaurant manu, no tv channels.

A great place to stay to be near to airport for early flight. Very good breakfast buffet and very comfortable rooms. The best thing was the staff... Zakaria was a most pleasant man and so helpful throughout my stay. He went above and beyond the call of duty to organise a hammam and transport too and from this when I came to him fairly late on on the evening of my stay. He had it all arranged and even got me a better place for the traditional hammam than the one I had sourced online. He also helped me with printing boarding passes on the morning of our departure. A total gentleman, nothing was too much bother for him and he is certainly an asset to the hotel. A**

Corridors, bedroom & bathroom were run down & unclean. Toilet seat in bathroom was broken. Lots of algae visible in pool prevented us from using it.

The air cooling system didn't work and neither did the water in the shower, not sure if it was just in my room or not but thats a no no for me.
