Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

NetherlandsI had been in Marrakech 5 days prior and went to Casablanca by train so it was only for the night before my flight back to Brussels. If you want to stay longer, the room might be a little small for you.
This little hotel is located in the middle of the Medina, very close to the big square. The staff is very friendly and helpful. You get a nice breakfast on the rooftop, included in the rate. They arranged a taxi for me and a guy with a pushcart as the hotel is in a very narrow street. I would recommend this delightful place to everybody, unless you want to remain in your room and watch TV ;-)

United KingdomThis is a budget friendly Riad, in a quiet spot in the middle of the busy medina. You won't miss any sleep. It's safe even for a solo traveller like me. Having breakfast on the terrace was a joy in the mornings, and the ladies who were serving it were very polite. Points for improvement: The shower area needs light. The aircon needs checking. It's cool at this time of the year in the room, but I am not sure in the summer. I would definitely recommend this Riad and would definitely choose Sindi Sud to stay again. Last but not least, I want to thank the staff at the reception who were very helpful and went beyond expectations to resolve my queries.

CanadaSound insulation wasn’t the greatest so we heard people talking. However they went to bed around 11 so it was quiet at night
Location was close to where the taxis drop off are. The room was clean and the bed was comfy.

HungaryThe room was cold, apparently the AC should have taken care of the heating but it didn't work. They gave me a portable heater though when I told them about the issue. The water in the shower could have been warmer too.
Good location in the medina, nice staff, they even prepared some breakfast for me that I could take with me early in the morning when I had to leave for a tour.

United KingdomGreat staff, very friendly. The Riad is basic but great value for the price. Very central location in walking distance to the tour meeting points and many of the attractions. Lovely breakfast on the rooftop at €3. The hot water can be temperamental, but I'm told, cold showers are good for you!

United KingdomThere’s no hot water in the shower.
The staff were amazing! They gave us free breakfast! And not only that, we only stayed for a night and moved on to a different city, but when we came back after three days, they let us leave our bags and chill in the rooftop until it was time to head back to the airport! It was a life saver. We were so tired and the 2hrs in the roof top gave us enough rest to carry on for the day. Thank you guys!

United KingdomIt is already mentioned above
Rachid and the reception staff were very welcoming and hospitalized apart from the member of staff who was laying down on a small bed or chair and was answering my query which really was inappropriate and not professional I pulled his attention and moved from laying down position and came near the desk and talked to me. But Rachid was friendly and polite acting in a more professional manner thanks for his hospitality

PolandI had a room in the ground floor and unfortunately there was a noise starting from early hours. There is a shared toillet and bathroom nearby and people are coming around all the time.Rooms on the floors are much better (I know that because some of our group stayed there)
Location is perfect, very near Jamaa el fna but quiet from the outside.I had a room with private bathroom and air-con with heating option what is very useful thing in winter time, always with hot water, breakfast was typical moroccan (jam, honey, pancakes, olives, fresh orange juice,team/coffee)

Great location. Lots of character and nice rooftop terrace where pleasant breakfast served (best fresh squeezed orange juice) Rooms quite small and basic but super cute and ornate. They will make you a great packed picnic breakfast on request if you are going on a tour, very helpful staff. Best thing is location … and the best rate money exchange 1 minute walk and main square 5 minutes walk

SerbiaThey was only hand liquid soap provided (no shower gel nor shampoo), the sound isolation is not good so you hear everything when people are passing in the corridor and talking, and I wish there was one extra hand towel - you only get one big per person.
The place was clean, the AC warms up nicely, location is good (a few min away from the L19 airport bus and in the centre), the bed was comfortable, receptionist prepared some to go breakfast because of our early departure (sweets and juice).

CanadaA bit of noise from the coming and going which is normal. The only thing for us, is that they keep the big white light on in the corridor, which made it a bit harden for us to fall asleep (we like to sleep early) since they dont have curtains. We would suggest curtains and-or to close the corridor lights at early at night and-or have lights that are dimmer at night time. Minor detail
The location is very good, and the building is still in a quiet part of the neighbourhood. We were greeted well and had receptionists around the clock to answer our questions. They all spoke French and were very accomodating (including an early check-in and leaving our luggage there while waiting for our room to get cleaned). The breakfast w was a nice touch too.

An excellent location a couple of minutes walk to the markets and main square. Loads of cafes and restaurants and a cash exchange around the corner. We were on the ground floor of the authentic Moroccan hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful and mostly spoke English. The breakfast on the terrace was great but as I have mobility problems was difficult for me, so the lovely staff brought it down to our room.
