Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

GermanyThere´s a guy, who wants to sell trips (Sahara, Ouzoud etc.); his price is not bad compaired to internet offers, but even when we asked for details he didn´t tell us everything.
Small, but nice rooms; shared bathrooms, not a lot of them, but it worked quite well and they were clean. We enjoyed the breakfast at the rooftop terrace. The staff were always nice.

JordanThe only thing is the bathrooms that are only situated on the ground and the second floor, but this inconvenience is part of the low price and being a traditional building in the middle of the Medina.
Wonderful hostel with a great location, only 2 minutes from the main square. The décor is unusual at first but it really works. (I think it's actually nicer than the photos.) There's a great roof terrace with great views and comfy sofas and chairs. The breakfast is included which is lovely. The staff were all really helpful and friendly. I would definitely come again.

United KingdomVery noisy with only a very thin wood door/shutters between you and the hallway. I think this is the general style of the building. Nevertheless was quiet after around 12pm until call to prayer in the morning.
Breakfast was amazing, great value for money.

United KingdomNoise travels very easily in the riad, so take ear plugs. DON'T book the 2 day overnight desert stay, we spent 17 hours on a coach and are now very sick because of it.
The staff are absolutely amazing and such lovely people. Very very helpful. Booked us taxis to and from the airport. They also let us leave our bags during the day until the night, even though we officially checked out in the morning.

I was met by a very kind receptionist. The place is nice and clean, located like 5 minutes away from the main square. At the time I booked it was a great value for the price.

PortugalOur room was very humid and the bathroom was dark and after 2 showers it gets with water around. Nothing too bad, but a small improvement could have been done.
The hotel is located very close to the Jemaa el-Fna square but far enough so we can't hear the noise (which is super noisy). We arrived late night so we had to wake up the receptionist but it was all good, he was nice. Our check-out was very early so we asked the receptionist if we could have a "lunch box" instead of the breakfast and he provided a bag with some bread, yogurts, juice and a few stuff. It was very kind. The breakfast was not spectacular but good enough!

NetherlandsIt was a bit noisy. The metal doors make a lot of sound and also during the night we could hear people walking around. Also the staff smokes outside of the riad in front of the door and the smoke blows straight into the riad. We could even smell it on the first floor.
Excellent location very close to the main square. The riad is very clean with helpful friendly staff. Our room was big and comfortable. Nice roof terrace :)
