The place is very cold in December, there is no heating in the building or in the rooms. There is only one common working shower (working as in having hot water) for all the guests so you always have to wait to get a chance to use it and there were only 2 common toilets for all the guest so this was also quite unpleasant. (There are approximately 10 rooms in the building so based on the number of guests there are at that moment you can wait more or less, it depends how lucky you are) We wouldn't recommend the trips they organise because it's mostly rushed, only dinner and breakfast are included and the food was terrible and for lunch they stop only at very expensive touristic stops where the food is just a little bit better than the one included in the "all inclusive trip ". During our 2 day trip we had to spend the night at a different hotel where we froze and in order to get access to heat we had to pay extra (in the middle of December when there were at best 2 degrees inside we had to pay extra not to freeze to death) We do not recommend to go on their organised trips.

The staff was really nice and the place has a good location. The hosts also arranged a pickup from the airport and they also organise different trips for their guests.(for extra charge) The place itself is charming in it's own way.

The owner if the riad is very unrespectful he talked down to us when we tried to clarify why we paid more on the booking app than what he received as an invoice. We paid 250 dhs (with 10% reduction from bookingg genius which equates to an initial 277.7 dhs cost which includes taxes , but the riad demanded we pay 5£ more )

The coordination from the hotel is excellent from the pick up to the hotel to check in is excellent. The staff is very nice and helpful specially the person in charge in reception. Its a walking distance to jemaa el fnaa and tourist spot. The place is sparkling clean for a reasonable price.

We felt ignored by the tour guide who seemed more attentive to tourists than to us as Moroccan visitors It’s disappointing especially since we’re actively supporting local tourism please next time do not underestimate or judge anyone be humble with everyone cause by been humble you will do yourself first a great favour

Breakfast was tea or coffee, hot pancake with honey or jam, croissant and bread roll with soft cheese triangle and orange juice, it was good and staff amazing and so helpful. Helped with taxi and took us to taxi .reception spoke good English. Very close to the square with all the entertainment, restaurants and ATMs

I missed my original booking due to illness, and although the hotel couldn't accommodate my change request, they made up for it by allowing me to leave my luggage with them for ten days as I traveled around. I was able to book a night with them on my return to Marrakech, and enjoyed my stay. The room was very clean, the water hot, and the Internet was strong. I'm particular, Rachid, the front desk manager, made my stay at Sindi Sud a great pleasure. He was kind, generous, and warm and did his best to make me feel welcome. Shukran bezzef!

We liked everything.

We had a great stay at this riad. The terrace, where you can enjoy breakfast, is beautiful, and the beds are very comfortable. It's just a few minutes from the main square. They also arranged an airport transfer and a trip to Essaouira for us. I highly recommend it.

No air con, and only one window onto the street so you where kept awake by bikes driving past and everyone shouting at the entrance. The room only had one plug so it was a choice between Charging the phone or having the fan on.

The hotel was near the centre of the city and within walking distance of the night markets.

Very kind staff. Excellent breakfast. comfortable room. Shared bathroom was very clean. We loved the tours (desert 3 days and Essaouira) we took with Tufik at the reception of the hotel. Tufik and the reception guy were always helpful and kind people.

my rooms on the bottom floor are right behind reception and the only windows open into the reception lobby so can be noisy at night but cant close windows otherwise it would be to hot there was no curtains even though there are rails so light form the lobby would shine into the room the downstairs shower would sometimes not have hot water

the location very close to the main square but still quite the staff were friendly the accommodation was kept clean breakfast on the roof was decent for 30dh

Only one toilette for two floors is not sufficient. Also the main door to the bathroom did not close. Could hear other guests noises even one floor down.
