Reception was absolutely useless!! The ruined my days they didn’t provide the right services

My recent stay at your hotel. From the moment we arrived, the experience was far below the standards I expected. Upon check-in, we were left waiting for hours, and then unexpectedly charged additional fees. When we finally got to our room, we found it lacked basic amenities such as towels, shampoo, and soap. To make matters worse, the mattress cover was dirty. Despite repeatedly requesting towels—multiple times a day for the first three days—we only received two towels on the third day, despite having four guests in the room. No Houskeeper leaned out room for the first 3 days until I asked multiple times. The breakfast was equally disappointing. We paid 70 dirham per person, only to be served the same food every day. When I asked to speak to a manager, I was told that no manager was available on the property. Furthermore, no one could provide me with a manager's name or contact information. It was also frustrating that whenever I tried to discuss these issues with an employee, they would leave me mid-conversation to attend to another guest. The water park was another letdown. It was dirty, and it was clear that the filters were not functioning properly. Overall, this experience was extremely disappointing and not worth the money I paid.

Disorganized, the room aren’t clean ,the buffet is cheap .

The room for 4 people fit , on the site it says queen bed and 2 sofa beds , not True The soda beds are couches , one small and one regular size , not confortable to sleep on. In addition they were providing only 2 bath towels and 2 hand towels for the 4 of us , I had to call the front desk every day first then to clean the room .

I found the price per night excessive in relation to the quality of the flats, especially as the service offered was not up to my expectations

I appreciated the hotel's proximity to the various activities, which made it much easier to get around.

Poor conditions of the room, quite used furniture, wifi didn't work, pool available too late and to early closed.

Location and a person in charge of the building was always quite nice and asking if there was missing something, etc.

I didn’t like the staff in the swimming pool of the park i lost my phone i they took it after my investigation, fortunately due to my phone localisation application i found it with the emergency staff, they were trying to take it.

The breakfast system.

I wasn’t expecting it to be this great. It was a lovely little break for me and my son. Upon arrival I was greeted by the lovely receptionist Wiamme Taibi, she was very professional & listened to my requirements. I upgrade my room to an apartment and I was very happy. The place was very clean, organised, the cleaners asked if I needed anything, staff very friendly. Perfect for children to play and have fun. Respectful staff and other tenants. I would suggest maybe a little change on the breakfast & in future the beds. Otherwise I had an amazing stay and will definitely come back and recommend to all my friends & family! Thank you

Staff not trained and they don’t care zero customer skills even the lady manager was rude there was young girl called Yasmine tried to be helpful we had millions ants 🐜 in the apartment we called three times no one came and if you think you have booked sea view think again when you get there they give you what they like

The location was literally the best ever as it is a 5 minutes walk to the Beach. Breakfast was excellent with à beautiful sea view. Salma and the rest of the team did an amazing job looking after my well being and confort throughout my stay. Thank you once again for your professionalism and kindness.
