It's too bad that such a nice place is ruined by a very long check-in, too many papers just to het in the room it took us 2 hours to get the keys which is the slowest timing I've seen in my life. a day is waisted just in the waiting and paperwork

At arrival I got overcharged, the hotel only has visa machine to pay in Dihrams and the conversion was higher than the official (0,094 official vs 0,11 that I got charged). The hotel is crowdy, noisy, smelly. Once I got to the room I only had 2 bath towels for 4 people, everyday I asked for more and they never gave me, ending with only 2 towels for 4 people during 4 days!!! One day I had to ask for the cleaning service, since it was 7pm and they still haven't done it, and I had no toillet paper in the room. Since the beginning not a single soap bar in the bathroom. The cleaning service is very poorly in all the hotel. Everyday I arrived at the breakfast and they said that I didn't have right to it, even though I paid, the staff was everytime the same, already knowing the situation but insisting every day to the same and stopping us. We asked for butter in 2 different days and in both situations they gave us spoiled butter, that was literally black. We left the pool for 30 minutes and the staff took our towels out of the chairs and our bags without any authorisation or explanation after, even though almost every chair was occupied with just towels and no people everyday⁵. People were with extremely loud music at the same time as the ones of the pool were playing (and that had a really terrible sound), and no one cared to resolve the situation. Very disappointing service Overall its a poor service and misleading by many comments If this is a good hotel ranked 7 or higher peopledont travel much

the staff wasn’t helpful. they dont clean. when i asked the reception, they told me they clean after three days. i had to ask for new towels and toilet paper. they didn’t want to help.

The staff are rude, there’s a sofa bed isn’t a sofa bed its literally just a sofa. Washing machine was broken there was cockroaches everywhere, music playing LOUD until 1am

it was clear that our city tax is €21, but they charged us €51 and when you complain they tell you sorry it was mistake..what a cheap trick ?

i had never seen 4 star apart-hotel without any chamber maid to clean the room, although you keep complaining more then once nothing happened, we have just been ignored all the time, after 6 days they cleaned the room with no towels bcs washing is broken, what a joke! not professionel at all

These are apartments that can sleep more than for people if you add extra beds, but the reception will refuse to give you an extra key. This is in my opinion absurd given the fact that these are programmable key cards, and multiple guest on a vacation should not worry about coordinating their movements or wait every time for someone from the hotel come open the door for them. The hotel is also super big but they make you walk all around and go thru the reception hall, knowing that you can’t access the hotel without going thru a guarded gate. So be prepared for extra long walks for no reason, while it should take you only few steps to get where you need to get if the gates next to the building were not locked with a lock instead of something you can scan your card to get thru. The servicing of the rooms is a hit or miss, some days we had towels, others we had to call to get them back. Also, be prepared to bring your own soap bar, because the only thing you get with the room is toilet paper, if you’re lucky. The hotels has few pools on permise but the quality of the water is questionable as they all look cloudy, so swim at your own risk! The hotel breakfast, if you paid for it with your room, is ok but the area is not clean and they have a serious problems with bees everywhere.

A good hotel alternative for a family with kids. it has a games park and an aqua park on permises for fee

This was a great place for us to stay with my family. The apartment was super clean, new, sparkling and bright, The cleaning crew was wonderful. Sincerely enjoyed our stay and highly recommend.

The facilities has all you need! Swimming pool, waterpark, restaurant, supermarket and a funfair all in the residence area. The price for a 1 bedroom apartment is worth it. The receptionists Oumayma and Reem were extremely professional and kind throughout our stay. Also the luggage porter Isaac was really helpful and a great professional. P.S. their swimming pool is working, thought i'd include it in my.review as nearly all hotels in Morocco don't operate their swimming pool during the spring season. Definetely recommend this place!

Customer service was absolutely one of the worst I have ever seen. They are so cheap. They refused to provide extra towels saying that a family of 5 are only allowed 2 big towels and two small ones. They are so cheap, the batteries in the remote controls were bitten for extra life (an old trick we used to do to get more life for the batteries) There was no detergent no soap no dish cloth, no nothing in the kitchen. It takes more than 5 or 6 calls for front desk to react to whatever issue or matter. Housekeeping don’t even bother to ask if you need trash bags, if you need towels swapped…
