Feel old and dirty with rude staff. The rate I booked on line was supposed to include breakfast but they said it did not.

Rude check in experience - room was dirty and did not feel like a deluxe room. The balcony has a pot of dead plants on it. I would not stay at this hotel again

The hotel is old, the smell of the rooms is terrible, we asked to change our rooms, we were given two other rooms how ever the smell was the same. We spent the night outside the hotel and we left early the second morning. NOT RECOMMENDED

Old and dark style of the hotel. Very few choices for food. Although i booked a room for 2 adults but there was only one chair,one mug, And the lights were burnt, they did not fix

Our desk chair was totally broken and dangerous. Took three days with 5 requests to have changed. Refrigerator did not work. Carpet filthy and badly stained

The bathroom shower is tight and there are no body lotion cream.

The breakfast had variety and the personnel was excellent (particularly madam the chef) as well as the interns and permanent staff. The room cleaning crew also was very though rough. Same can be said of the concierge and the outside crew.

The rooms have mold and has a musty smell. We had hired 2 rooms and both were equally bad. All of us developed severe cough with just 1 night stay there.

Room was not very clean. Stains on carpet, bed had a few loose hairs floating around. Room was very warm and A/C controls seemed not to work or make any difference. Rubber gaskets on sliding door were loose and would not seal, allowing warm air and noise into the room.

Comfortable bedding. Relatively easy check in process. Staff was very friendly and helpful. WiFi worked well throughout the property. Good location.
