The Vila was on the beach. Allowing us to swim in the Mediterranean and enjoy the hot tub in a pristine setting. The bathroom was incredibly! Were greeted with lovely mint tea, macaron and Gazelle Ankles. We had fruit waiting for us in the Vila. Breakfast was delicious with everything made on the spot. Staying here is a must if you’re visiting the Morocco’s Riviera

Everything there’s nothing to not dislike will be saying again

As soon I stepped to the hotel, their service begun and hatiam. The receptionist provided a great service throughout my four days whatever I need to have requested he was there. I think the Hotel represents him as a great customer service provided and I’m going back again just because he works there.

The restaurant service still can improve. We had two dinners in hotel and the quality of the meals was average. For 5 stars hotel and meal prices, we expected much better quality.

Amazing place to relax. Spacious rooms, nice pool area and very calm and beautiful beach. We really liked also the huge kids club that has very nice design. The breakfast options were delicious and the staff was excellent.

We originally booked for 7 days but as we haven’t been to Morocco decided to reduce to 4 days.however when we tried to extend our stay they advised us the hotel was full but that certainly wasn’t the case !! We see quite happy to give up the beachside villa for an ordinary room but in no way was the hotel full. One other minor point there are numerous staff but the service is poor . They are not attentive and orders very slow to arrive

The beach is accessible to outsiders, not feeling at my ease while outsiders play football and smoke weed in front of us..the only disadvantage

The location is stunning. Dinner and breakfast were excellent. The rooms are very comfortable with sitting spaces inside, as well as on the terrace. Parking was right in front of the door.

It was the most beautiful location, the breakfast selection was beyond words, the options were numerous, all different types of foods, beverages, as well as gluten free and dairy free options. Very impressive. As for the room and hotel itself, it was so clean, extremely well put together, the interior is gorgeous, the staff are so kind and the food was amazing.

Water is free in the room, but if you order water with rooms service or water at the pool you get charged. Better to make it free for in house guests.

A wonderful location in Morocco. The hotel is kind of like a family friendly Ibiza, with lots of relaxing activities to do and friendly service.

Fatima and another lady she works with I think her name is Ipsam did a great massage job! The hotel is close to the beach and has amazing views. When we arrived we received an upgrade.That was awesome!

The restaurant was quite expensive for no reason. We ate once and decided to go to town for lunch and dinner for the remaining days. While the vast majority of the staff was nice and looking after us in particular the staff at breakfast and those responsible for swimming pool, beach and gardens, I was not impressed with some staff at reception. For instance, I asked two different people the price for a taxi to Tetouan and was given very different prices- 100 mad and 200 mad. I don't expect staff working at a place like this to try to take advantage of customers. I asked for the heated pool, I was told it was extra price then I asked directly at the spa and was told that it was free. There was also no consistency with complementaries, the bathroom wasn't always fully replenished; some days we had tea and cakes in the room while other days we didn't. You don't expect a 5 star place to have these issues. What is missing is someone in charge to keep an eye on consistency and high quality, who would hold people to account.

Staff was very welcoming and accommodating. The manager we talked to - Naoufal was helpful and made sure we had access to the room earlier than their check in time. The swimming pool, gardens and the exterior were beautiful and well kept. The place was very clean and the breakfast was tasty with plenty of options. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you are looking to relax.
