Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Unfortunately the furniture of the room was a bit old, but everything worked, so no problem. The shower head does not move, so I had to crouch a little to wash my head.
Nice hotel in a good location, the view from our room was great. The room had everything we needed. Staff were friendly and checkin was easy.

The hotel isn’t located very close to the beach. Even though the staff do whatever it takes to keep the rooms clean, they need renovation.
Very nice staff, they speak English well. Rooms are cleaned every single day, so you basically have your linen or towels changed every time you’re out of the room. Breakfast are tasty and they serve really big portions, however it is practically the same meal every day - you only get to choose whether or not your omelette will have cheese on top of it and of course a drink you’d like to have.

Bed are not very comfortable, but not big deal. lots of renovations going on, probably getting better soon.
In the center of Agadir. 15/20 mins walking distance to the beach. Good breakfast and terrace- Helpful and kind staff.

They didn't like the price because the hotel isn't so great to be at that price for a night.
To be honest, a hotel, good, nice, good place, you can sleep well without any noise, and even the staff are very nice and the food is very good, but the sin is exaggerated. The hotel does not cost a night because there is no swimming pool.

The only downside was the height of the wall-mounted shower at 5'10", which caused me to frequently bump my head. Replacing it with a hand shower could be a great improvement. Additionally, we noticed a few taps were dripping water. Fixing these would not only enhance the experience but also help conserve water.
The staff were warm and welcoming, always ready to provide helpful information about the city. The hotel is conveniently located just a 15-minute walk from the beach and is within the city limits, surrounded by numerous restaurants and shops.

Very good hotel. If anything, it doesn't have a gym/fitness room- however there is one in walking distance of the hotel. Good communication from the hotel to inform me the swimming pool was being refurbished and there is some on-going construction work around the building which did not affect my stay.
Good location. Easy to find. Comfortable and spacious room (studio apartment on the 8th floor) with amazing sea views. Very clean and tidy. Looks better than the pictures. Friendly staff. Safe. Nice restaurant on the terrace.

it was construction work right outside, which was a little loud (but quiet in the night and morning). However the construction work made it a little more challenging to arrive at the hotel.
it was professional and good service. The staff were really kind and helpful. They even made a take away breakfast for us one morning when we were in a hurry, so kind! Nice and light room with a balcony. And the breakfast was good.

There was no hairdryer. Some light bulbs weren't working.
Location is great, staff are super nice, the room is spacious. Breakfast was good but buffet should be provided to allow for more variety.

There was construction in front the hotel which made it a bit difficult to access but that should be temporary
The apt was clean and spacious. The gentleman Mostapha at the front desk was extremely kind and helpful.
