Location seemed fine at first, but none of the restaurants in the vicinity (or the hotel) sold alcohol.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was very good too.

The best thing about the hotel is the staff. The room is spacious, the towels could be larger. Breakfast is the same everyday, no fruits or vegetables. The location is far from the beach and the souk. The price is too high for such hotel.

Adjacent to a site where a new building is being constructed, so a bit noisy in the morning, but manageable with earplugs.

Our room was large and beautifully appointed. The double bed in a separate enclave separated by a lovely carved wooden partition. Good wifi and comfortable and ample seating. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. So much food and fresh pastries, enjoyed on an outdoor terrace. Staff here were also so friendly.

No complaints

The apartment was spacious and very clean. We had a balcony overlooking a building site but it’s the same for all the hotels in the area as there is a new building development in the area. Building work starts at 0800 hrs every day so it is noisy. It didn’t bother us at all as we were up early for our lovely breakfast which was delicious and included in the price. The hotel was exceptionally good value for money. Hotel staff were polite and courteous. We had a very enjoyable stay.

As there was mostly families I think they needed a play area for children. Also a spa and swimming pool.

We had a few problems with the air con/heating for the first few days, but these were sorted out pretty quickly.

We loved this hotel, spacious rooms with distant views of the sea/port. The included breakfast was fantastic and the service from all of the staff was really great. Central position close to everything, 10-15 minutes walk to the fantastic beach, and a bakery/cafe on the ground floor also very handy. Minimal noise from the construction next door so all good.

I would’ve loved the option to have Moroccan breakfast included with the booking instead of a continental one. Also having a breakfast menu would be nice as we were a little confused when the waitress asked what we wanted for breakfast without any options shown. And the previous reviews mentioning the noise from the construction site next door: it was completely ok, nothing major and they stopped working around 8pm. The nearby hotel having an entertainer was louder but still managed to sleep well

We stayed only one night before heading to Marrakech by bus and wanted to get a glimpse of Agadir. For that, this was the perfect location. A 20-minute walk down to the beach and plenty of restaurants and small supermarkets around. The staff was outstanding, I was not expecting such an amazing service. The room was ok, it could use a bit of renovating but there were no problems.

There is a construction site next to the hotel, which is calm at night, but one can still hear a discoteque from nearby until midnight

The noise from the street and local bars everynight was crazy and it was really really loud.

The location was great And the staff was really nice. Breakfast was also very delicious, but same everyday. The room could use a renovation, but it was clean.
