Good value accommodation. Simple studio but clean and well maintained. Kind and helpful staff. Room was cleaned and bed made every day. Excellent budget choice when visiting Agadir.

we stayed in a family room. one was a double bed and the other three were sofa beds. the double bed is not enclosed, it is open hence no privacy. all furniture and utilities are out of date and need replacing

The hotel is outdated and needs a full revamp. There was music from the hotel opposite which made it difficult to sleep. Obviously not their fault. There was painting work taking place in the hotel giving out a powerful smell. Not healthy for young children and elders! Ideally, the hotel should've been closed for this renovation.

Daily cleaning takes place every day. support from Staff is excellent. breakfast is sufficient and filling. They will make an omelette of your choice. The location is good, however, there are major road works outside the hotel and on the main road next to the hotel

too far away from the ocean, the stove was broken a bit. they also better provide salt and oil in the rooms, since it is not comfortable to buy things for just once there was constant noise of something on the roof, it was hard to sleep

Two minor points - although my room more than sufficed - it was somewhat tired and .could have done with a make over. Likewise, although the breakfast was wholesome and delicious - some variety would not have gone amiss throughout my week stay. In stating all that - it was a enjoyable experience - provided at half/third of what it would have cost back in Scotland. Cheers.

There was ongoing construction around the hotel, which limited pathways to the hotel. There was nothing else that I would complain about at this price point.

-breakfast is same everyday, coffee/tea, omelette, pastries, yogurt and juice, would be better to have more choice -the air conditioner does not work well, and too noisy at night when running

-the location is very good close to the beach side and the local market - nice restaurant and cafe nearby -room is very clean, terrace with good view -value for money, included breakfast -staff is very friendly, and able to organise private transfer to airport with reasonable fare

The AC in the room was weak and eventually broke down at the end of our stay. Also, one single small AC in the apartment could not serve all the rooms, which made it hard to sleep on warm nights.
