Had to ask twice, 10 minutes apart for a second coffee, twice I was told it would be extra, twice I agreed. After 20 minutes I gave up and left without my much desired second coffee. I didn't bother asking again, I returned to my room and made my own!

Apartments are spacious, clean with all the basic's one needs, useful tidy kitchen area, great for making a little meal or snack. Value for money standard breakfast, 5 types of bread rolls, Omlette, butter, strawberry jam, yoghurt, fresh orange jiuce and tea or coffe, great value for money. On a 5 day stay I did ask if I could have frieds eggs sunny side up and even scrambled just as a change from the Omlette, they was more than happy to oblige. I feel I must mention Susie, reception staff. Kind, helpful and considerate. Provides that little extra to make one's stay special.

The bathroom had only one hand soap per day. No shower gel, no shampoo and no hand wash gel. WiFi was not good, Breakfast was the same every day You don’t have any option other than having a plain omelet or cheese omelet. You can either have coffee or water but not both. If you want additional water or coffee you have to pay. The breakfast is not a Buffet it’s per person plate. Swimming pool was closed. Only two lifts, which will take very long to come it’s better you take the stairs.

Location was very good. Rooms were cleaned everyday.

Hotel is very tired. Construction site outside hotel but regardless of where you are - and we specifically asked to be on the other side of the constructions - the hotel rooms do not block out noise from either road or others in the hotel. So noisy I ended up wearing ear plugs. Swimming pool is closed and does not look like it has been open for a while Stayed one night but would not have wanted another night. Needs a serious refurb.

The hotel needs to be updated, but is very clean,the noise of the building site in intense, I was on the 5th floor and there's no double glazing, so I could hear everything from the seagulls/motorbike/ construction noise

The location is very good,15 mins Away from the beach (use google maps beforehand because it's not straightforward for the first time) The street name is not very well known by taxi drivers so the best way is to say CAFE TAFARNOUT,it's 1 min away from the hotel. The aerobus (to and from the airport )is 10mins away. I asked to change my room because of the noise of the Big building site across the road and they did that straight away and had problems with TV (only 2 channels in English)and internet and they came and sorted very quickly.the hotel is very clean and the breakfast is very good too. Lots of local good restaurants around the area.

Very basic hotels, only thing they provide is towels even than I had to keep asking as we were initially provided with 4 towels between 8 people.

hotel's location was its only redeeming quality. It was conveniently situated, with easy access to restaurants and the beach, which was about a 15-minute walk away.

first issue i booked a taxi with you and when I arrived I was waiting outside the airport for more than an hour no taxi was there so I had to pay for an other taxi to take to Studiotel Afoud and I did not get any refund they lied saying the driver was waiting outside and he lcalledme while when I was in the plane!!! and he waited for 45 minutes I am going to see with easy jet to get the exact departure and arrival time then you can compare that to your employees outcome I tried to explain that to her but she ignored me she didn't respond second issue the last few day it was very hot more the 45° and there old useless air conditioner was blowing hat air we couldn't sleep the night we opened the windows flies and mosquitoes get in one of my daughters was really sick so I have to take her to the emergency at night and I paid 650 DIRHAM I asked the staff if they can do something to the air conditioner third issue the hidden charges that I paid extra witch you or Afoud didn't talk about till the last minute what makes me really not happ at all I am sorry to give this feedback but that I faced over there please I would like to hear from you Regards K khoudour

The service was remarkable. Better than any 5 star hotel in Agadir. Family hotel.Every staff member a credit to this hotel.Sued,Mustafa,Muhammad, Fatima on the reception were so helpful and caring. Staff helping with our room to name Latifa,Abdul and others thanks guys. Look forward to staying here next time and would recommend this hotel to everyone.

The receptionist toke my passport and didnt return it. Made me pay twice but returned the money after i proved i payed through booking.com. outdoor disco music until midnight.
