Good communication from the beginning. We got the directions how to get to the hostel, that made it very easy to orientate. The host was super friendly and helpful. We got a lot of recommendations from him for our future trip. The only minus, that the private room that comes with private bathroom has this bathroom in the public terrace:) Very good location.

We had to pay an extra percentage when we paid by card which wasn’t explained to us beforehand otherwise we would’ve paid cash.

The breakfast that was included was amazing. It’s really well situated too.

Once I finished the booking, staff from the hostel will contact me to guide me. I feel comfortable to stay here, reception Sarah is a good guy, nice talking, kind. I stayed for 3 night,I like it. Next time back. And breakfast also nice. With Moroccan bread.

The shared room with the bedbunks is a bit small. Breakfast is ok for these prices but can be improved. Location is hard to find. You probably could get lost in the first time.

Staff were very nice, always offering help and guidance on anything you could need. Bedbunks have curtains. So, you can keep your privacy. Comforting mattresses. Good internet in all areas.

Nice welcome by owners, thank you! Hostel is a bit hard to find as locals try to trick you - offering money to guide us there even if you do not need it. Property is well kept, standard Morrocan hostel, great for exploring nearby city center area.

The terrace beautiful place where to have a chat and relax , and enjoying a nice tea and the Moroccan breakfast delicious . Salah also was so friendly and helpful anytime, glad to meet him .

It should have been cleaner. Whipped and disinfected the toilet seeds every time myself cause… you can imagine even if you don’t want to. One sink as small as a book for all. Kind of smelly the whole house. No commune area to meet people. No kitchen. The hostel vibe didn’t come up except in the lower quality of things. Breakfast should have better not been served at all if that what they did serve, counts as such. 5 pices dry baguette from 3 days ago for 2 people. And a spoon of Marmelade, one boiled egg and one piece of cheese. Tee was cold. Coffee already out.

Our stay at Sun hostel was excellent. Perfect location, close to the center and quiet. Hamza is a young and very nice guy. Even when we had problems with reservations or had doubts he was always there for us to help us. We spent several evenings together talking and joking with the other guests of the hostel who we will carry in our hearts. The cleaning services were excellent and the girl who takes care of them was impeccable and very sweet. We had the double room with a private external bathroom.

The road to the place can be dark at the night, the blanket is not very comfortable, the toiletries can be improved

The bathroom shower drain for the private room drains very slowly. The AC could be colder.

The property is in a great location. Really close to great restaurants and the market. The streets are clean and I felt safe walking around. The property owner is very responsive.

Very small toilet, the terrace where breakfast is served has only 1 umbrella which is not enough for the brutal heat from the sun, the terrace needs a roof to protect the guest from roasting while having breakfast, no microwave.

There is only 2 showers and 2 toilet, one of the toilets is very small, super uncomfortable. Kitchen is very basic, not so many utensils to cook and no microwave.

‚Quiet hours’ at night was not so quiet.

Great location, not far from the Gate to the Medina. Before our arrival we got all the information how to find the Hostel. The room was quite big, clean. We had a private toilet outside the room, but it has a locked door so only we could use it (the door was secured by a padlock).

Bed. We stayed in a double room which was supposed to have 1 single large bed, but there were 2 single beds combined. And one bed was lower than the other one, and the mattress was hard which made it uncomfortable to sleep.

Location was really good. The room was very clean and well kept. Staff were friendly. Private external bathroom was good. Breakfast was included.

The ‘extra large double bed’ described for the private room is actually two single beds pushed together. They tend to move apart during the night, so could be uncomfortable for a couple. Breakfast was fair enough, but don’t expect to be filled up with some tea, one egg and one Moroccan pancake!

The location was about 15 mins walk to Jema El Fna square which was great! We received detailed directions on how to reach the property days before our arrival, which made it really easy to locate after we were dropped off by our taxi. Hamie was a wonderful host and allowed us to check in earlier. It was also great to meet new people during our stay. The AC was fantastic for the hot weather during our stay. Bathroom was outside the room, but we had no issues with anyone else using it, even though it didn’t have a padlock. It was always clean, with piping hot water.

Moroccan guests did not respect rules - no light and no sound between 23 - 8. I think there should be add also Arabic and French version of this rule (it was there only in English) and maybe also stuff should emphasize it. Beacuse of the noise and light it was not possible to sleep until 3 AM.

It was fine place for one night. The hostel is in quite area and not very big. The breakfast was great and staff very nice.
