The underground parking price was too high for Morocco 5 dirham per hr. So we paid 100 dirham for less than 24 hrs.

- Initially I was satisfied, but I had left a very small bag (the size of a shoe, not two shoes, just one shoe!) in the room with some toiletries and something else, which for me was of value, and I wrote to the property the very same day I left, and again a couple of days later, asking them if they had found it and if they could keep it for me as I was going to return within the month. They never replied (until my 3rd or 4th message) and then they alleged that they had thrown it away because I had not claimed it for 5 days. This is very poor consideration for the customer. They should have at least a space for "lost and found" for small items, and in any case, reply promptly to messages, not a week later!! - There is too much light coming in the room at night from the street lamp just opposite the dorm window.

It's centrally located, comfortable, the staff is friendly, the shower was good, the price was ok (there are cheaper ones, but for the quality offered, it's good value).

The hostel is very clean. bathrooms are spacious and always clean. Great location. Very welcoming and helpful staff. We really appreciated the beautiful view from the roof top. I would highly recommend this hostel.

The location is in the market, so very noisy 24 h. The room very small and the floor dirty. The room has bad smell, maybe from the blanket or the sheet.

The rudeness of the staff, I booked 2 days earlier stated clearly that I need a lower bed, the staff confirmed that they have one available in my room. I arrived, they said sorry mistake happened and we don't have a lower bed available and we are fully booked ! It's ok mistakes happen, I know it's their fault as a business not communicating with each other as staff, I mean to tell that one of the guests had asked for something and we promised him that. However what made me cancel my booking is one of the staff was a very rude disrespectful person I've ever met, he was mocking me like a child and says you don't understand? And high voice and no respect at all.

The rooms had no lockers, so I had to take everything expensive with me while I went out. Also, the WiFi was slow, and there was only one bathroom on the floor, and it was shared between the males and females dorm also because the rooms were closed to the streets you could hear the noises from outside so it was hard to get some sleep but the worst part was the staff they kept asking me inappropriate questions just because I came with a female friend but we booked different dorm room which made our staying there Really uncomfortable i wouldn't recommend this hostel at all

The stairs for the bunker bed weren’t even attached to the bed, and they didn’t warn me about it. As I was stepping on the stairs in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom, the stairs fell down as they were not properly attached to the bed so I had to climb down the bed. Also, the room is very close to the streets and could hear all the noises from the outside until like 2-3am. There is also no locker or whatsoever. The worst part was actually the staff. One of them was very nice but the other one asked the most unhinged question to my friend just because we were one guy and one girl traveling together. We booked separate rooms, and I stayed in the female only dorm. They randomly asked a very inappropriate question to my friend, which was extremely disrespectful and ill-mannered. It was a cheap stay so I didn’t have any expectations and I normally don’t leave any bad reviews, but I had to for this one. I cannot believe how they disrespected my friend and ruined our entire experience at this hostel. I would just pay a bit more and stay somewhere else.

The location is very central, and it has a rooftop as well. Considering the price, if it’s just for one night or, it’s not that bad.

Tanjalucia Hostel is a good place to stay and explore Tangier, it's located in a good place in medina and has a good terrace, and helpful staff who are always ready to help.

The only downside is that they don't accept card payments, which was problematic for us as we were traveling on a tight budget with all payments planned. Be sure to discuss this with them in advance. All the rest is perfect.

The staff is very friendly, and the location is quite easy to find. The kitchen allows us to cook and save money. It’s quiet, making it great for a good night's sleep. The rooms are clean. It's really good. We know exactly where to stay when comeback to Tangier: TanjaLucia Hostel
