Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.

By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United Arab EmiratesThe Riad is beyond stunning. The decor is absolutely amazing, so vibrant and unique. Attention to detail at every corner. The room was incredible, and super comfortable with access to AC which was lovely as it was a little cold in the mornings and evenings. The breakfast was great with lots of variety, and the service was great, if you wanted anything else they happily delivered. The location is fabulous, but what made it great was how the staff made a booklet and explained how to make your way to the main medina square, they also have you a phone to call them if you got lost or needed any help which was very reassuring. The Riad had a section upstairs to try on Moroccan dress and try perfumes and oils if you would like to try and take pictures ect. It’s a wonderful place and it made our stay in Marrakesh magical.

I chose the property for its colours, it provided a calm environment with lovely Bohemian touches.

United KingdomThis is more of an fyi, because of the riad’s location taxis cannot drive you all the way to the Riad.
Hassan and Yassine made are stay a great experience! Super friendly, prepared a delicious breakfast on the terrace and made us feel welcome. The room was spacious and comfortable. Although the road is in the heart of the Medina it’s very quite and secluded. It’s in walking distance of all the main attractions in Marrakech.

FinlandThe place is absolutely beautyful, just as in the photos, and also very clean. Location is great in the heart of Medina, breakfast is tasty and the rooftop terrace is such a lovely addition. Staff is wonderful and so helpful with tips how to navigate your way around the old town. We loved our stay and would definitely come back.

GermanyI liked the decoration a lot, the amount of plants around felt quite like a little Oasis in the middle of the busy Medina. It is well located, and the staff was super kind: I got an arranged ride from the airport as I arrived at 23:00 and everything worked out well: the driver was waiting for me and later on a person from the hotel was waiting for me to guide me through the Medina at night and safe into my room. In another day, another person from the hotel went with me to exchange money and help me get a taxi. They really go above and beyond to ensure you have an easy and pleasant stay!

United StatesI felt like I missed its heyday. Much needs replacing … throw rugs, sheets, etc. or needs touching up .. painting etc. Old and tired. Dark in the rooms and throughout the riad. Heater never did take the chill out of my room.
Terrace is nice.

Australia-
Stunning riad, book it ASAP if it's available or you'll regret it! Great location, extremely helpful hosts (Anna and Hassan you are fantastic! Shukran again!) who'll make sure you'll find your way to/from the riad (there's even a small booklet with directions!), and both the rooms and the common areas are beautifully decorated. I'll remember fondly the memory foam mattress, plush robes, very good heating, and all the bigger and smaller touches that made the room/patio look and feel like straight from a movie set. You can see they put a lot of thought into decorating to make it feel unique and magical. I know I'll be back.

United KingdomThere is nothing that we didn’t like, however if walking is an issue, as vehicles cannot get close to the property (due to the narrowness of the roads) you need to walk a fair distance to get to the Riad, although there is always someone available that can assist you with bags or luggage.
The Riad is very authentic with beautiful brightly coloured rooms. It is a good location for wandering around the Medina. But what undoubtedly makes this Riad special is the staff, Yassine, Hamid & Hassan. Their kindness & helpfulness is truly exceptional, they go beyond expectations in making your stay comfortable. It is honestly the best place we have ever stayed!

Super authentic feel and complete tranquility away from the busy streets of Marrakech. The staff are all so friendly and did everyone they could to make my trip very special. For example, they helped arrange a hot air balloon ride, guided tour of the souks and walked me to and from dinner in the evening where I was nervous to walk alone.

United KingdomWould prefer kettle in room or access to kettle to be able to make your own coffee within Riad as you could not get a coffee till the workers were up in morning and normally you wont get coffee serve till breakfast time. . Maybe something that can be implemented. 😀

CanadaWhen you slip through the front door of Bohemian Jungle into the Riad, draped in jewel tones, you have to wonder if you might run into Aladdin over the mint tea and baklava served up upon your arrival. Anna was super helpful in organizing a driver to pick us up at the airport and because you can't drive all the way to the Riad, Yassin met us at a drop off point and brought us to the Riad. This was extremely helpful as the accommodation would be difficult to find without some help. The beds were comfortable, air conditioning worked well, the place was really nice and clean and the most outstanding part of the experience was the level of service provided by Yassin and Hassan. They offered excellent recommendations for restaurants, tours and activities and made all the reservations for us. They also gave us excellent advice on navigating the media and souk, which can be a little intimidating when you first arrive. I would highly recommend hiring a local guide early in your trip to help understand the history of Marrakech. Yassin organized Ali for us, who was absolutely excellent! It's a little more expensive to hire private guides and tours but it's really worth budgeting for. Yassin and Hassan organized a trip for us to the Agafay desert including dinner at the White Camel luxury lodge with a camel ride and this was a big highlight of our trip - a million times better than the groups we saw heading out with some of the big tour operators. The location of the Riad is very close to many restaurants, shops and sites to see. I would highly recommend The Bohemian Jungle.

CanadaThis is a hidden gem! We arranged a private transfer from the airport to the hotel. The pick up was easy and smooth and Hassan was so nice. He pointed out a couple spots/neighbourhoods to look into while we were driving. It’s hard to get to the hotel so we met another lovely gentleman, Yassin, at the drop off who helped with our luggages. The decor inside impressed me! Very beautiful. The rooms are a little small but we made it work. The location is close to the Square and all the shops. Yassin and Hassan truly made us feel like we were at home and made this a 5 star experience for us. We would come back.

Incredible Riad, so peaceful and calm just 5 mins away from the spice market. Yassin was absolutely fantastic guy, he explained excellent directions to get to and from the main square. He was always available and happy to chat and offer advice. The plunge pool was perfect to cool off and chill out during our very hot visit, the aesthetic of the Riad is traditional meets bohemian and it really works. The traditional Moroccan breakfast each day was delicious and plenty, we struggled to finish it most days. I genuinely can't wait to go back, one of the most beautiful holidays I have ever had.

SwitzerlandThe riad is tall but narrow, so can be a little tight if you're a group in this room.
Hassan and the other staff are super cool, friendly, kind, and helpful. Not only at the riad but in helping us find decently priced things, in finding taxis in Marrakesh and for big trips out. They also have instruments and play so well, I felt at home and rejuvenated within minutes of entering the place. Breakfast is included, the pool is lovely reprieve after a hot day. Everything was gorgeous, I was so inspired.
