We liked the atmosphere, it was calm and quiet. Good for relaxation and chilling 😌 The hamam was amazing. The staff were very nice and polite. The room was very good. The breakfast was very good as well.

Although we travelled during off season, some facilities were unavailable. Both pools were not heated and being one of very few guests there made it a bit awkward at times. Also the lunch/dinner lacks variety.

Beautiful resort with lots of green, flowers and trees. Very well maintained. Room was fantastic, staff is great and very accommodating.

Our room was too dark. No shower. Just a shower head over the bath. Chips in the tiles. Really thin off-white towels. Dripping tap. Couldn't open the curtains as there was an annexe room opposite our bathroom. No coffee facilities. No fridge. Swimming pool not heated. Staff, not particularly helpful. Very average breakfast. Limited choice options for lunch and dinner. Cats and dog roaming around and under your feet at breakfast. Isolated location with expensive transfers (1000 Dirham)

On arrival we weren’t given any information but director Pierre was most helpful once we found him. Breakfast was almost impossible to the wasps everywhere & relentless. The decor in our room needed attention. there were broken mirrors & glass panes & missing tiles. I chose the location thinking it would be convenient for my son & husband to go to the golf courses but we would have been better to stay nearer the city centre or Hivernage ? area as taxis mainly have to come all the way out to you & so charge accordingly

Wifi cut off all the time and worked poorly. I recommend adding some vegetables, fruits and yoghurt to breakfast as it felt little lacking. Location is good for relaxing but theres nothing close by and outside of the hotel area there is only trash and rock fields everywhere. We had ordered a pickup from airport but there wasn't anyone facing us upon arrival at the airport.

Excellent and friendly service, beautiful pool and area, comfy and clean rooms, very good food and even better cocktails, good spa massage.

The room had a lot a technical issues. The bathroom tap was leaking during the whole stay even after it was fixed by the staff. And the menu had little variety.

The garden was absolutely beautiful and the staff super friendly. The room was beautifully decorated and we even had a small private garden.

We booked the bungalow originally though the internet wasn’t working, so they allowed us to move to an upgraded room for free however we had to pay extra for the guest room that was separated in the garden which we agreed on. Though we paid extra the TV was not working in the new room either (though we weren’t too bothered about it). The other room we paid for had a shower that would flood out to the bedroom as the floor was one level which was a little annoying as we had to keep towels there to block the water from flooding. The pool service was super slow considering there were 3 of us and 3 staff members by the entire pool. The drinks were London prices which is expected in a hotel . The hotel is quite far away from the town though we didn’t mind it too much however spent a lot of money on paying the taxi from the hotel as there were no other options. Overall we would go back as the hotel was stunning and super relaxing!

The hotel was beautiful and we had most of the hotel to ourselves as there weren’t many guests staying. Perfect hotel if you need some peace and quiet.
