United KingdomExceptional hotel. Definitely worth the price and I would recommend it. A place I would like to come back. My room was big. With lots of wardrobes. Complimentary coffee, tea, fruits and drinking water. Beautiful big bathroom. AC. Amazing big bed, impeccable bed linen with embroidery of Arabic motifs👌🏻 Big windows have sliding down shutters, this was amazing, because I like to sleep in complete darkness. What makes this place even more special- customer service. Staff were very friendly and very helpful. I was looked after with lots of care. Big thanks for Steven, Buttler Adil and the rest of the team. They made my stay special 🙏🏻✨ Hotel has restaurant with authentic Moroccan and Italian cuisine, there I was enjoying my breakfast and dinner. I hope to be back again soon. In Sha Allah

FinlandI don’t understand how this place is rated 5 stars; because then customers expect both the venue and service to be at a 5-star level and is not Many things didint work as they should: - we waited our room 30-45 minutes , because room wasnt ready even we was there in time after check in should be availeble ( they didint offer us drink or anything while waiting) -you need have right information in booking about service ( thats how peoplle are choosing the place) spa was closed and there wasn’t playing area/room for kids ( is writing they have those service) -it wasnt super clean everywhere , example some details in room and pool - we didint get lot information about wifi password, opening hours brefkast and restaurant menu ( we asked ourself) should be given to customers automaticly -restaurant music, you can clearly hear it to room loudly and it was until 00:00 , it would be to know this before or music played more quietly in the evenings After all the place is beatifull, I hope you take the criticism constructively and strive to make changes based on the feedback.

BelgiumNo real desk in the room to sit comfortable with a computer. Reception hopelessly understaffed. There is just one table, staffed by one person (if at all) who needs to do parallel jobs. We booked an early taxi through the reception, but the next morning there was no booking so we had to run with all our luggages to find a taxi on the street during morning traffic jam. In the end we needed to change our train tickets which was fortunately possible for free.
Colonial villa close to university, quiet, excellent dinner and breakfast. Outdoor and indoor swimming pool, but the indoor swimming pool was freezing (10-15°C ?). We were told the indoor swimming pool was cold, but we expected an indoor pool to be warmed, otherwise what is the point of having a freezing cold indoor pool.

ItalyI forgot my wedding ring in the bedside table. When I realized it I called them and they quickly sent someone to check and found the ring. For me this was invaluable and demonstrated their honesty and professionalism. There was no table in my room so they offered me the blue dinning room for me to work

BrazilThe hotel is NOT WORTH the high price it charges. Firstly, I was frustrated with the sum of small problems upon arrival: bathroom door warped (would not close), bathroom heater not working, shower that did not heat well, shampoo and shower gel containers half emptied, wardrobe drawers with dust, coffee maker water tank with dust ... but the worst was yet to come: I agreed to stay overnight on the first night, but when I informed the hotel of the problems and formally requested the cancellation of the remaining nights, the OWNER of the hotel himself replied that I was INVENTING reasons to cancel the reservation. He WROTE a message saying I was being dishonest. Very rude, like I have never seen in my life. I had no option to cancel, and decided to stay (because I had paid a high amount for the daily rates). Over the next few days, the hotel staff tried to please me anyway, but that didn't make up for the worst offense I've had in my travel life. I also inform you that the breakfast at the hotel is NOT up to the proposed luxury. It's good, but not spectacular as it should be.
The hotel is beautiful in general. It has some interesting items, such as a comfortable bed, large rooms and an interesting view. And nice bathrobes in the bathroom. But it doesn't go beyond that.
