Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United KingdomMohamed, along with his entire team of attentive staff made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. Tigme Nomade is stunning in decor and has beautiful views of the Atlas mountains and foothills. It is a quiet retreat, which suited us and Mohamed can arrange guided walks and tours upon request. We loved the 3 hour guided walk. The breakfasts and freshly prepared 3 course lunches and dinners were exceptional.

PortugalWe liked everything!
Tigmi Nomade is a peaceful and beautiful oasis close to a remote village by the mountains. It is small, charming and beautifully put together, and offers stunning views of the rugged landscape and of the snowy peaks of the Atlas Mountains. The grounds and pool are really well taken care of, and the rooms are spotless. The location of Tigmi Nomade is great, as it only takes 45 minutes to get to the Centre of Marrakech, about an hour to get to the airport, and you can do wonderful day hikes in the mountains.

SpainIt might be a little bit cold during winter, because it's a Riad, and the home is build around an internal garden. However, the rooms have heating and the living room has a fire place that they open during the meals.
The hotel totally met our expectations and its price was very accurate to the dates (New Year) and the amenities. It's a great hotel for both winter and summer, although in summer you can enjoy more the pool and terrace. We would totally recommend it. The meal was also delicious!

United KingdomNothing. We can’t wait to come back!
A beautiful riad with a stunning view of the nearby valley and snow capped Atlas Mountains in the distance. It’s super tranquil, the only sounds coming from the birds and occasional animals. The interior is tastefully decorated and our room was a generous size with a super comfortable bed and large bathroom. Mohamed is a fantastic host, warm, friendly, relaxed, regularly checking in with us and able to help whenever we needed it. The food was fantastic. Authentic, homemade, delicious and you could tell a lot of care had gone into preparing every dish. We were there in winter and had many meals by an open fire, which was heaven. All of the staff were friendly and helpful, especially Jaouad, who also took us on an excursion to a local souk and a hike around the nearby countryside. It was amazing to be shown the area by somebody who grew up there and knew it inside out. Mohamed even arranged for some local musicians to treat us to a bit of live music on New Year’s Eve at dinner - a few drums and a guitar, singing and dancing, with Mohamed and Jaouad also playing - a truly unforgettable experience.

United KingdomNot a dislike but due to the location in a remots area along a bumpy track, it is advisable to request that Tigmi Nomade.provides all transport.
This is a tranquil place to relax & unwind away from the crowds. The pool and the surroundings were beautiful. Miohamed & his staff were perfect hosts, thinking of every need & suggesting outings for each day. The food was the best we ate in Mirocco.

United KingdomThere is nothing to dislike.
It is hard to put into words how wonderful this place is. It is peace itself. The surrounding views are spectacular and the property has lots of lovely spots to sit and soak in the views. Our room was large and beautifully designed. We had breakfast, lunch and dinner there and the food was fantastic and the meals provided a lovely rhythm to the day. The staff were kind and friendly. At night a wonderful fire was lit in the lounge to relax by. I was a little nervous about heading out into the Atlas Mountains as two women and a toddler but as soon as we arrived I knew we had made the right decision. I also loved that it was owned and run by a Moroccan who had grown up right there in the Mountains rather than a faceless corporation. You feel like you have been welcomed into a home and you thank your lucky stars you are there.

United KingdomCard payment is not accepted, cash is needed, Euros preferred. No heating in the rooms, although it is not needed most part of the year. Only dirt road access, driving experience is required. Internet is very poorly accessible.
It's a hidden gem in the mountains. Rooms are in very good condition. Food is delicious but very expensive compared to Marrakech, and we only had one option. Staff is super nice but English knowledge is very limited.

United KingdomClosest village for food was approx. 30 mins - 1 hour walk away (under the scorching sun), otherwise you have to eat at the hotel. Prices are in line with what's charged in Marrekesh, but quickly add up if you need to dine in every meal (also if you compare to the cost of eating at a local restuarant)
A boutique hotel in a very remote location. Property is down a dirt road, hidden amongst a village in the hills. It was an amazing place to unwind away from the hustle & bustle of Marrekesh - only roosters, bleeting goats and lambs and a decent size pool to relax beside. Food was great - you do not get to choose the meals but the menu changes every day and you get to experience delicious traditional meals (tangines, keftas). Portions were big and with more than enough food across entree, mains & dessert. Staff were friendly and attentive - very accommodating.

LuxembourgThe shower is simple and the water hardly drains. But the rest is perfect. You can come by taxi, but it is better to have a car so that you can explore the very rural surroundings.
Most beautiful view from this peaceful hotel. Small, only a few rooms. Very intimate setting. The staff are very friendly, the food was good. You will want to have dinner there as it will be impossible to get to the house after dark. Our room was beautiful, we stayed for 3 nights which was just right.
