The gym was not that good, not so many machines, room for improvement there or at least advertise as small gym so people know before arriving.

The staff were so welcoming and friendly. They worked hard at their jobs that was ovbious. It really made my stay special. So many thanks to them all. The breakfast was also really good.

Breakfast mostly has sweets though. Airco was in Japanese which made it difficult for us to use.

Rooftop terrace with breakfast was great. Location is excellent. Parking is available nearby for 50 Mad a day.

Attention to the details : There is a very strong and disturbing smell coming from the drain that is hard to explain. It smells like a melted plastic. This is according to me something that should be fixed with priority. The shower was broken on one part (couldn’t use the big shower head) Fridge was turned off in our room

The property has a perfect location in Chefchaouen, super easy to find. We got a room with panoramic view on the mountain and private terrasse. It was breathtaking ! The bed was confortable and the room clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful, luckily we could do the check in earlier than planned and the day after, after checkout, we could leave our bags at the reception to be able to visit more easily in the day. The breakfast was very good and served on a lovely terrasse with great view. The rooftop has an amazing view over the blue city.

only 1 lift for all the building, it was very slow. The main facilities were in Chinese but the staff explained how to use them … We tried to use the TV but it never worked… because the Tv wasn’t compatible with the cable behind the tv.

The staff was really really nice and so helpful! Nice place to stay during your trip in Chefchaouen, Comfortable bed, nice view (both mountain & city view). Close to the main attractions !

WiFi was not very good, maintenance was poor had the toilet flush pouring water all the time and although reported it to no o w came to repair it. ended up doing it myself to stop the noise and waste of water

I do not have a big dislikes. I would just advise the staff to pay attention a bit to details, especially on the reception.

The location and the rooms of the hotel were the best qualities of this hotel. The view of the room was the highlight of our stay. waking up to it was a blessing. In addition, rooftop is an essential part of our stay in the hotel. At night, we had a nice cup of Moroccan mint tea at night. The breakfast was on the rooftop, and having your breakfast with the beautiful view of the city and the surrounding mountains.

Breakfast lacked variety, although nice to be served on the upstairs terrace. The food was not covered and the cakes were invaded by wasps, making it unappealing. The single elevator made trips to the room challenging when it was busy.

Excellent location, right in the centre close to the Kasbah. Room with a great view over the mountains. Fantastic top terrace overlooking town and mountains, offering great photo opportunities. Great internet access.

The Air conditioner to control it so hard. had offered two rooms in different floor we had one Ibag all our clothes were in it. disappointed for my three daughters as they had to carry their clothes up and down between third and fourth floors I booked two rooms family of four at the sane time. I turned up to the hotel at 12:30 our rooms with mountain views were not ready. we were told either to have a garden rooms or return at 15:00 rooms will be then ready as per normal booking time. as we needed to go to Akchour up in the Mountain to see the water fall and swim we had to get changed in to our swimming suit in a complimentary room and leave the luggage at the Reception . we returned back to the Hotel at 19:30 we then been offered the rooms but we were surprised to find out that the rooms in different floors I asked for the rooms to be close to each other or at the same floor. The male Receptionist stated I should have taken a garden view rooms instead of the Mountain view rooms the one I have chosen I and my daughters were disappointed. Air Conditioning was not working and the TV I had to call the Receptionist to activated. No fridge in the rooms. No hotel toiletries. No Coffee or cups and sugar and tea and coffee bags only kettle. phone not working in the room you will need to phone 4 abbreviations numbers to get through the Reception! despite all of this. It did not stop us enjoying our night in this Hotel.

Unable to close the opaque curtains to block the morning sun. Fowl sewer-like odor coming from the bathroom. We had a room overlooking the main road and very loud at night. Restaurant staff is extremely nice, but needs more training on greeting and serving guests.

Front desk staff super nice and accommodating. The room was clean and had all the toileteries and essential elements.

There was no refrigerator in the room. The weather in Chefchaouen in the summer could turn to be hot 🔥 at anytime, I hope they consider putting refrigerators in the hotel rooms.

The location is great, the hotel staff are friendly. The breakfast is fantastic. Very clean hotel. It look new. This is not the 1st time to visit Chefchaouen, but I am glad to see the city is developing, new hotels, and resturants....This city deserve to be a world class due to its numerous attractions...

We had breakfast on our last stay and was served very poorly, asked for tea and pastries and it never came, the guest beside us had to share theirs. For the price we pay, we expect better service.

The rooms are not very soundproof, we could hear all of the doors slamming during the night. Also, the breakfast was disappointing. Not very many options, and the food seemed not very fresh.

It was in a convenient location, right near a parking garage and the entrance of the old town. Very clean room.

The Vancii hotel is perfectly located at the very centre of the city. The rooftop terrace for breakfast is spectacular, as is the relaxing terrace above it. The rooms are modern, as is the hotel, so doesn't necessarily have the charm of the rest of the city, but that was not a negative.
