It was a comfortable stay. The location was good, plenty of restaurants close by. The staff didn't all understand English, but with the use of Google they were very welcoming and solved our needs.

Excellent location, right in the heart of Gueliz. The facilities were good, just what you need for a short stay in Marrakech - the apartment was secure, clean and the pool was particularly handy especially in Summer - just big enough for the kids to mess around in. But the major draw was the hospitality of Samira, she made sure we were well looked after...- with my basic French and the help of google translate there were no issues. Thank you for a memorable stay!

The bathroom is not conveniently located if somebody is sleeping in the living room.

please fix the jacuzzi, in the winter months - given the fantastic terrace it would be such an USP! We still enjoyed a dip in the hot water despite some of the jets not working.

wonderful, kind, helpful host, lovely terrace-perfect for catching the winter sun while having breakfast, clean apartment well equipped, fantastic - hassle free parking especially for a busy area, upmarket location. Pool and jacuzzi both available - one is sorted for both winter and summer stay!

There was a dust smell on the bed covers and the towels were not that clean too I parked there at night, and in the morning the parking guy told me I shouldn't park there because it is for motorcycle

The location is good, close to the train station and to the most important attractions in the city warm, quiet, and private there is a pool, which we visited it on a warm day

We had to ask for towels, for toilet paper (were given swiftly), the cold water tap in the bath room didn't function, no real kitchen utensils (few glasses, no real forks, spoons, etc). One stuff which bothered us was the demand of the Guardian Ahmed every day to us to bring something for him to eat. We did it, we understand the need, but not for every day!

Location was good (20 min from Koutubiya and Jame El fna), the beds and pillows were the right ones for me, the size of the flat, the friendly and service ready guardian Ahmed.

The apartment was noisy (air conditioning, traffic and fridge) and very basic. The beds were basic and not comfortable.

The apartment was relatively cheap but basic. It is well situated in the Gueliz area bit 40 mins walk to Medina. There was a nice Carrefour nearbye, the Eden Shopping centre and a few nice restaurants such as Fassia (traditional Morrocan) and Melipol (Italian). The apartment had a cooker and fridge.

The address isn't found by Google maps, Google or taxis so getting there is a complete nightmare. When we spoke to them they said they would pick us up. They then changed their mind and said they wouldn't. It was 8pm at night and we were stranded in the street with 2 children. They then refused to refund our money.

The place was smaller than advertised, it said 'fully equipped kitchen' but there was barely anything we could use. The bathroom didn't even have a toilet brush and the rail to hang towels on was rusty. It all felt like it needed a proper scrub.

The main good thing about this place was it's location, we were able to walk everywhere and felt safe. The beds were comfortable and the man who showed us around was friendly but he didn't speak any french or English so it was very hard to communicate. It was cheap so we weren't expecting anything too great but basic cleanliness and a few basic things in the bathroom and kitchen would have made a big difference.
