Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

IrelandNow, the carpets did have some cigarette burns in them which doesn’t look great. But my biggest gripe with the room was the shower. Firstly, the shower head was a disaster. When you switch on the water it went everywhere except out the holes it was supposed to be going out and it was squirting in all directions. Downward, sideways etc. Secondly, and to make things worse, the shower curtain was about an inch too short to the top of the bath. So the water from the shower head was leaking out over the edge of the bath and onto the floor. It wasn’t as bad as it sounded. It just didn’t work very well and took a bit of figuring out. And the water needed mopping up after your shower. For the sake of the cost of a new shower head and shower curtain it would really improve customer’s experience. I was in room 508 just for reference if anyone wants to follow this up.
I liked its simplicity. Like something from a 1970s film about the USSR. It was very basic. But at the same time, surprisingly comfortable. So, the good parts. The bed was very comfortable and so were the sheets and bedding. And I’m very particular about that. So my sleeping was good. The room was spacious. It had a working fridge which I used. The carpets and room were clean. The breakfast was excellent. They had traditional Moroccan mlaoui which is like a pancake that you could drizzle with honey. So good. And they also had harsha which is made from cous cous and is also very tasty. They had a range of pastries, danishes, pain au chocolat and just normal croissants. They had cereals. They had fresh, real coffee and fresh orange juice. The breakfast really was great. The gentleman who oversees the breakfast was also very lovely and chatty. He also added to the breakfast experience by chatting about Morocco and Ramadan which was coming up and he also helped me to take apart a bronze ornament I had bought. He really was super helpful.

Croatia- the breakfast was passable, with not too many option which could improve - the tiles around the bath were a bit leaky - water pressure was bad and changing every couple of seconds so sometimes you would be shocked with ice cold water, then burnt with boiling hot, and then a couple of seconds the temperature was just right, then it would repeat - the entire hotel was pretty cold, with no A/C in a room to regulate temperature. It would be perfect if visited in summer months, but now in colder months it's way too cold
- the room was clean - the bed was comfortable - the stuff provided us with extra blankets - they have a bar with a very nice bartender

SloveniaWe stayed the only one night to then catch a morning flight back home. We needed some easy options but thehotel restaurant was not working. When asked for changing our Dirham to Euro they did not have any Euro... but this is alll minor stuff.
We liked the proffesional staff and the access from the street. It is a standard hotel where everything is as you expect it to be.

MoroccoFrom the moment you walk in, the reception staff act like he own the place. The hotel looks like it’s stuck in the 80s — everything is old and worn out. The room? Smells like a cigarette lounge — as if you’re spending the night in a cabaret. The shower amenities? A tiny 1-dirham shampoo sachet — what a joke. As for the breakfast, it’s so bad it’s almost impressive. Not even worth trying.

NetherlandsThe hotel needs a big renovation, everything is old and sad the staff are trying their best to accomodate. The rooms listed on booking are different than what is available. Lot of dust everywhere. Hotel doesn't have spare towels. You got to give the used one in the morning if you want fresh ones and you will only get them after 5 hours. Breakfast was poor. Overall the hotel looks like it lived better days. But it is stuck in the 80s 90s (not in a nostalgic way). Needs a revamp.
The Hotel has potential. Large room and great location.
