Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.

Property is perfect for families. We had a 3 bedroom apartment, perfectly located close to many businesses and restaurants! Few minutes drive to the beach and staff is friendly

Service from everyone was excellent, the only complaint was that the Fan in the bathroom didn't work. So very steamy after the first shower.

We have stayed at Zephyr hotel many times before and it’s always our go to hotel.. It’s not one of the big flashy one’s on the beach that cost an arm and a leg. The zephyr is modern, clean and comfortable, it’s a 5 to 10 mins taxi ride into the centre of agadir but we always rent a scooter so it’s never been a problem location wise. The staff on the reception are always helpful and friendly. The rooms are all comfortable and spacious, we always stay in a 1 bed apartment which is perfect for us. All rooms have a kitchenette so you can be quite independent if you like. We will return again next time we go to Agadir. Thank You. 👍

We didn’t have the best view as my rook overlooked construction but that’s a minor inconvenience that didn’t impact my overall experience at all. I’d definitely stay here again and plan to do so soon

Every single staff member was incredibly kind, friendly, lovely and extremely helpful. Great location with an enjoyable walk to the beach. Clean and spacious rooms with extra facilities in the kitchen area. The balcony had a great view overlooking the Main Street and mountains from a distance!

For people sensitive to noise can be 4th floor a bit challenging due to air-con units on the roof, that kept turning on and off whole night. That was basicaly the only noise during the night.
Staff members were friendly and helpful. The apartment was perfectly clean with equiped kitchen (for coffee lovers unfortunately no coffee machine but there are plenty restaurants and cafes just few steps from the hotel). A BIG plus is a outdoor playground just behind the building.

There are a few things they could improve: the towels were very well used and uncomfortable to use. We reported a few things when we checked in: one of the side table lights not working, the telephone didn't work, they never fixed them. The only downside, it can be noisy at night time with people talking loud on the street and late night traffic.
We spent 10 days at the Zephyr Hotel in Agadir. Overall, we had a good stay. The 1-bedroom apartment was very spacious and clean with a big balcony, a small kitchennette which, unfortunately, didn't have a coffee maker, toaster or kettle (apparently for safety reasons). The bed was big and quite comfortable. The hotel is well located, in a nice, modern area, with a lot of restaurants/cafes nearby and walking distance from the beach promenade.

nothing perfect
The front desk crew was outstanding, Ail, the pages, and security were always very helpful. Housekeeping could not be better, the studio was cleaned every day. Agadir bay is the perfect location for eating, cafes, and shopping.
