It was very dirty. The covers were very stinky and the aprt was not clean. The sofa was very very dirty. I had bad experience and was surprised by the misbehavior of the lady responsible for cleaning the rooms I was waiting for more than an hour to get the key because the room wasn't ready.

Room service wasn't made available, Tea kettle wasn't available, room AC was moderately operational etc..

Hôtel staff was really extraordinary. Especially Ms Majda at the reception. The restaurant stewards were equally serviable.. I faced No problem at all for us asha non Muslim community when we asked for buffet or breakfast during Holy Ramadan. Taxi service immediately available once informed at the reception.

The staff were indifferent and unhelpful, often causing unnecessary noise themselves. When I reported an issue with the bathroom, they assured me someone would fix it, but no one ever showed up. Overall, poor service and a lack of attentiveness made for a frustrating stay

The AC in the room was not working we requested assistance technician come but still we spent the night in cold, In the morning the water in the bathroom was cold we couldn’t had our shower

1 hour for check in! this is not professionel at all also you need to keep 100€ in the reception in case something was damaged in the room after that they give it back in check out . we waited 1hr for the personel to come check the room before we enter it and before we quit .

ASKING FOR BLANKET IN THE EXTREME COLD WEATHER WASN'T FAIR AT ALL , IT SUPPOSED TO BE MUTUAL UNDERSTOOD , BUT THE STAFF REFUSES TO GIVE A SINGLE PEICE OF BLANKET

Not clean att all. The sanitary ware were broken. They refuse to provide extra towels. The staff were rude. Overall, it was a very bad stay. Stains of the blankets.40 mins to check in.

The property is not clean The room was dirty The curtain was broke and hasn’t been fixed even if we informed the front office who sent the engineering staff who noticed it and said that someone will come back to fix it the day after but nothing was done.

The ac were not working , the receptionist and the staff are unprofessional the door for the ground floor balcony was not working there’s no lock which is unsafe and not secure for any body also who have kids they could be drawn in the pool easily since its facing to the pool side and unsafe for our precious staff and belongings . I feel so sorry they couldn’t upgrade the room even we were able to pay extra. The staff in the reception needs to be more courteous to guest or no body will visit that hotel anymore i regret deeply that i have booked there .

They said they don’t put water or coffee in the rooms who ever needs water he need to buy that was very weird.
