A tired property. Draws that don’t shut, cupboards old. No net curtains for dome daytime privacy. It was Ramadan but food serves for breakfast was stone cold. Evening meal was a strange collection of bread and breakfast food. Desert served at the same time. However tagine was hot and good. Soup was tasty but virtually cold.

Location was good. Room view of pool and sea view. Bed and pillows comfortable.

All good really- the location is a little far out but we enjoyed our beach walk into town.

Friendly and helpful staff - loved the sea view and swimming pools. It’s a great place to relax and unwind.

Very remote location with no walkable access to anything else like food or drink alternatives. The only restaurant in the hotel had a very limited menu that did not change for any meal or any day.

The air conditioning was not working, they gave us a manual one and the shower needs some improvements

The hotel was very clean, with housekeeping ensuring everything was spotless daily. A fresh fragrance welcomed us in the lobby and elevator, creating a pleasant atmosphere. Overall, a good experience with excellent cleanliness.

The check-in and check out was slow, some staff seemed inexperienced, and house keeping wasn’t great, also the breakfast buffet had the same choices every day which was boring.

The room was nice with a sea view, and the hotel has excess to the beach and is a really good value for the money, also the restaurant at the hotel was not expensive.

It’s remote from everything. You need a car for anything you need to go to. The hotel is posting misleading pictures for the regular rooms. They are posting suite pictures for the standard rooms. I have discussed this with them but no response

The hotel is nice, new, modern, it has a stunning partial ocean view in all rooms except suites.

The property contacted me before check in and ask what view would I like. The suits are bit and nice. Beds were comfy. Staff is very friendly and always helping with small questions. The area is nice with multiple pools. Breakfast good all necessary products could be found. Highly recommended if you travel near this area.

Restaurant did not have basic ingredients like onions so they had to simplify my salad… also some tables had not been cleaned properly so there were ants on some tables, and when getting my chicken brochette the fries were cold, and the chicken was sitting on a bed of cream - cream was not indicated on the menu and i am lactose intolerant so they had to redo my meal… essentially the restaurant was below expectations… but the staff was nice… just didn’t seem experienced…

The suite was spacious, clean and had a good view. Beds were comfortable.

Zephyr Mazagan is situated in a very quiet area, very close to the beach. We had a generous apartment with a wonderful ocean view. It takes only 10 minutes to El Jadida town. The kitchen was very well equipped and you’ll pe provided with extra pillows, blankets or bed sheets if needed. If you don’t want to cook, you can have breakfast or dinner in the hotel’s restaurant. The hotels staff is very friendly and I cannot thank enough to Mohamed who’s always very helpful, respectful and answered to our inquiries. Also, the hotel is equipped with a really nice SPA where the prices are really good and the service is excellent. Semira is one of the ladies from the SPA and she is amazing! I’ve never had a better massage in my life. She has a really good technique and my body feels very relaxed after a few massage sessions. Thank you everyone for the pleasant stay.

The staff around the bar and food area was not good , except the young girl , she was very helpful , I don't think they like English , unless it was just me , that decided they had no eggs left to make me an omelette, baring in mind , it was still half hr before breakfast finished , spoke to the young girl , she spoke to the chef , just like that out of thin air , the chickens round back must of just laid a full jar of cracked eggs , AMAZING so we did end up with a omelette, no thanks to the chef and staff , thank you young lady , she deserves praise

-Staff is a bit reserved, different than the stays (mostly riads) we have encountered so far. It comes with the allure of the hotel, so keep that in mind. - Breakfast comes at an extra price, in our opinion worth it but keep in mind there are no other options nearby. - Massage is only for women.

+ This place is quiet and right next to the beach. Perfect for relaxation. + The massage for my wife was very relaxing and worth the money. + Breakfast was very nice + the rooms are spacious, bed is good and the shower was very nice.

The resort is quite a distance away from the village and taxis are needed to get to the nearest town aljadida.

Booked a two room apartment last minute, great apartment with fantastic view of the beach. Ayman at reception was very welcoming and provided us with a 5 Star service, booking taxis etc.
