Only reason for dropping from very top score was that one of our rooms had a very awkward shaped shower space with restricted space, but everything else was great.

Really lovely small hotel in a very picturesque location. Just a short walk to the medina and main square. We loved it here and wish we'd stayed for 3 nights rather than 2.

It can get noisy for rooms adjoining each other. Food at the restaurant is overpriced for what it is.

The bathroom was too small but it's okay, and the smell of gaz was all over the place.

The hotel is located near to a wonderful water spring that we can see from the room window it felt great waking up to the music of nature. the food was delicious, especially the moroccan pastries. The staff was very nice and friendly and helpful. All in all, it was a great stay.

The room was too small and needed some maintenance. A bit noisy cause it's in the middle of the old madina . Very tiny swimming pool.

The bed was hard as a rock. Very hard to sleep. Could use a great THICK mattress topper! ;-). Parking - it's about 100 meters away in a dirt lot and up a hill and a little hard to navigate. As soon as we parked a couple of young local guys showed up at our car and explained how things worked. For a few dollars they helped us with our bags and gave us their number so we could get their help getting back to our car. You cannot drive up to this hotel and drop your bags and then park which is what I was led to believe.

This hotel is lovely. It's location is great to get to all of the key places of interest in Chefchaouen on foot. They staff were kind and helpful. Breakfast was great. The grounds are lovely. Our room was spacious and beautiful.

The first room on the first night had some problems, but we were quickly moved to a better room.

Day and night chill resort vibe around the swimming pool, knowledgeable and accommodating staff. An oasis amoung riads.

We had a quadruple room which was very very basic for the money we paid for it. It did have aircon but unfortunately didn’t circulate the room.the beds were comfortable enough but we paid a lot (approx £226 for 2 nights for 6 people) but would rate the room as more like a hostel.

The swimming pool was well kept and welcome relief from the hot sun. We also had our own private terrace with amazing views which was nice to relax in. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. We needed parking which was a short walk from the hotel and one of the staff came down to assist and direct us to the hotel which was really appreciated.

The shower in the room was very small and the drain was clogged all the time.

We spent two nights at the hotel. It is well situated, but the parking lot was not accessible, that was a bit of a hustle. We had to park the cars in a horrendously small alley for the night. The rooms were clean and relatively big. AC was great as it was extremely hot. Anas, the hotel manager/receptionist was AMAZING, he was super helpful, polite and extremely attentive to all our needs. The chef’s food was delicious and unbelievably creative!! Our waiter Abou Baker was extremely attentive and fast. We enjoyed our stay to the max.

We stay their for 3 nights, it’s good but the problem is the hot water. Most of the time no hot water.

WiFi connectivity is terrible. Bathrooms need P traps to mitigate sewer gas odor. (We simply kept that door closed and a window open.) I requested a room w/ a view and terrace way ahead of time. We had a nice view but no terrace. Wound up not being a big deal as we unfortunately had lousy weather.

Friendly helpful staff. Decent sized room with a nice view. Breakfast was very good. Room was clean.
