The location was amazing and so was the room. The lady at the reception was very welcoming and not only did they allow an early check in, but also offered us a free upgrade. Absolutely recommend it. Thank you for having us!

The breakfast area felt very small and options were limited.

Location; modern decor; comfortable bed; size of room; some have complained that the water taking too long to warm up but it wasn’t a big wait (30-45 secs).

Too long for hot water to reach your tap. I waiter 28 minutes and still didnt get it so i left. No water sprinkler for the toilet.

The view, free bottle of water and wine. Close to almost everything else like train station, restaurants, shopping centers etc.

DIY coffee /tea in room (or in a public space ) would have been nice. I didn't like the separate toilet without bidet.

Location is great, walking distance to both old town, port and casino area. Convenient parking very close with 50%off from the hotel. Rooms are small but very new, fun decor. We were upgraded to a balcony room so you can sip your complimentary wine while looking at the yachts moored right in front. Bed comfy. Nice shower.

Nothing all perfect

The location is perfect for easy access to all the main points of interest in Monaco. Our room was comfortable with a large bed with the most spectacular view of the marina. All members of staff were polite, helpful and extremely personable.

The woman on the front desk was so helpful in every possible which made our stay even better, the room was spotless and even had a bottle of wine waiting inside your room. The view to the harbour was beautiful. Would definitely recommend to anybody thinking of booking here and will be staying here again

This was my first trip to Monaco, from the very first minute, the hotel made me feel positive, I felt like home, the staff is fantastic, I have never met such people anywhere! The location is nice. The hotel is brand new, the design is nice. All the rooms are overlooking the sea and the port with the yachts. The bathroom is spacious and has all the needed appliances. The distance from Monte Carlo is 10 min by walk. The staff is helpful and hospitable: we forgot a jacket they called us immediately to assist with the delivery. Highly recommended.

A/C was turned off at reception through the night. Too hot for a good nights sleep. Requested it to be put back on but this only lasted an hour.

Everything about this place was incredible. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly, especially after multiple delayed/cancelled trains and Taxis. Roo was immaculate, modern and premium standard. Facilities were over and above. Location is incredible.

The bathroom was not separate it was part of the bedroom so not ideal if you are needing privacy.

Location was perfect just a 4 minute walk from train station, our balcony over looked the sea with all the yachts and had a view of the Royal Palace. Plenty of nice restaurants near by. Our room was very classy with plenty of space and a very comfortable bed.
