We stayed only for one night so it is hard to evaluate but: 1. we arrived at 3 am, easily found the hotel, and check-in took 3 mins. For me, with 2 children, it was crucial. 2. they gave us a bigger room and it was nice.

The only down side was the bathroom did have a bit of mould in corners and on joints on the wall you’re noticeable, the wifi did drop in and out a few times so that is it from.

The breakfast was your typical breakfast no different to other stays through Central Asia the rooms where very clean the staff where very good had a very good understanding of English rest where ok but talk slow and helpful got taxis for you and told them where you wanted to go so this was excellent close to most amenity’s shops and park and city centre over all hotel was warm and friendly I would stay there again breakfast had to be paid for but was all good did not break the bank. And always prepared to make coffee or tea which I paid for.

Some of the basics like broken shower head were frustrating.

The hotel was in a good location, close to the city centre (about a 10 minute walk). Everything at the hotel was good and appropriate for the 3 star rating. The rooms were comfortable, the breakfast more than adequate and the staff very helpful.

I am have been several times in Art-Rustic Boutique Hotel, but for timebeing it was better in terms of cleanless of the room and breakfast, which was so delicious and extraordinary cooked by Ms. Evdokia. Thanks to her for attention and delicious dishes!

Trash was not removed and there was no big trashcan in the room. We had to buy our own bags for it. The lights in the hotel were all not working when it was dark, making stairs dangerous. Also we had to give away our key when going out, leading to waiting times when no one was at the desk or they had a phone call.

There is nothing to complain

The staff from the receiptionist to the manager were really kind and tried to make all wishes come true after they could not us offer the room in the hotel we booked. Because of that we had to move to another hotel and after the first night to another room. But all of this have been managed very professional.

All that's left are positive impressions. The hotel has a good location, spacious and clean rooms with all the necessary amenities, diverse and delicious breakfast. But most importantly, the wonderful staff who were helpful in everything. I would definitely recommend this hotel and hope to return there in the future :)

Breakfast was OK but nothing more.

Wifi connection was terrible, breakfast was rather poor, there was no even bread left 30 minutes before its end on the second day of my stay.

My room was spacious enough, clean and had a balcony. The staff was friendly and welcoming, I would like to especially thank the front desk lady who was kind enough to help me order taxi via her mobile app. The location is quiet and is within walking distance from downtown (about 800 m).

The night before we arrived I received an email in Russian saying (when translated) that we had been moved to their sister hotel due to technical problems. The sister hotel was further out of town and we were possibly the only guests in the hotel.

Our twin room was very small. Sloping roof in bathroom meant the you had to sit down to use the toilet. One of our beds had been left unmade when we arrived. Front of air conditioning was hanging off and blind over velux window was held in place by tape. Breakfast very poor. When we came down the hot options had been eaten and no one asked or offered to bring out anything fresh.
