There's a reason my window was frosted: it opens onto an a/c unit. Despite it being cool outside, my room was tropical when I arrived, which seems to have been due to the neighbouring spa centre. I had to turn on the a/c to cool it down. The breakfast spread was average.

The location is incredible, and the price is good for the quality of the room. Rooms are modern, clean and spacious.

The breakfast was very adequate but could have been slightly better with more fruit and vegetables. But that's a small thing. Overall I'd definitely book here again.

A centrally located hotel in the pedestianised part of the capital, but with a car park close by. The staff were very friendly and helpful (thank you for the dinner recommendation) and the spa very relaxing and particularly good value for money. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and also quiet given the central location.

Saturday night had no sleep due to the proximity of a nightclub which was not aware of when booking. It went on for hours, the music was booming and room was virtually vibrating. Then extremely loud fireworks. Absolutely no sleep at all that night. Thankfully Sunday was quiet. Just something to be aware of when making booking. Also booked an airport transfer which was not at airport so had to get taxi. Lady at reception was very sorry and said it has happened before that other people have just taken the transfers at airport

Room was comfy, very good breakfast, spa was great and the staff were lovely. Spa was €10 for 2hours and included use of pool, jacuzzi, sauna, steam room, salt room and cold plunge pool. Lovely way to spend a couple of hours.

Everything was very good. All the staff are welcoming and helpful. Special thanks to Marina who was very friendly, professional and was really cater to all our needs. We got an early check in without any problems. Loved this hotel, it's well located in the town center, large bedroom, amazing Spa and great massage staff, good breakfast. We will stay again and actually recommend this hotel.

On Saturday night I couldn't sleep because of the noise from the club next door. But really good location

I came under pressure because I blocked someone with the vehicle. Albina greeted me, was patient, attentive, really understood me and helped me. Everything I wanted straight help really works amazing I wish all places had such works. The breakfast is limited but sufficient.

The toilet could be better. Bigger cups for tea i the room would be excellent.

The location is excellent, room was spacy and the bed comfortable. The possibility to use wellness is always great ... This time unused because of coldness. The WiFi was working well all the time. Wide selection of meals for the breakfest was nice. The receptionists are always kind and helpful.

I think they shouldn't rent the first room because apart from the old air conditioning all the room looked too old and too used.

We had a problem with the first room's air conditioning, so they allowed us to swap with another room. The staff was very kind and professional.
