SerbiaFacilities Description is misleading and false, as wellness and spa facilities are not available in the hotel. It is wrong and deceitful to name the hotel Wellness & Spa while you are not able to offer such facilities to your guests. Guests’ expectations are entirely based on what they read in your description, and it is wrong to provide false information, from both the legal and moral perspective. Also, the hotel does not have 4 stars as stated on this website, but 3. When my mother mentioned that fact in front of the host, he gave us a cold shoulder, as if HE was offended. We are the ones being misled and tricked here, so we should feel offended, instead of you, Sir! In addition to that, the first thing I’ve noticed when I found this hotel on Booking.com was -Beachfront, stated next to the headline. Once you go further down your website you can see that there is 350 – 400 m to the beach, however, this information must be provided consistently, instead of having two entirely different information about the beach distance. Hosts There were two hosts, a male who was a bit rude and intimidating (honestly, I was a bit afraid of him) and an elderly lady which was nicer than him. We were not welcomed properly, and the host charged us for our room while we were standing at the door, he did not even offer us to sit, he did not even ask: “How are you?” He only asked where we are from, in a judgemental manner. I did not feel appreciated, nor did my mother. The host should learn some manners and how to treat his customers in a civilised manner. Rooms Our room had a strange odour and quite a bit of cobweb on the walls, which is not acceptable. Also, the door lock was very fragile, and seemingly easily breakable, which is not very comfortable when you have two females staying there on their own. WiFi WiFi was poor; I was not able to communicate with my family/friends. Consequently, I did not feel safe, as I could not reach anyone in case of emergency.
We stayed at this hotel for one night after spending 8 days in Sveti Stefan and the overall experience is very much disappointing. The price was affordable; however, this advantage has been annulled due to the following:

HungaryHello . I speak 3 laguange eng./ spanis and when i arive in a 5 star hotel what they did for tham self at least say hello to the guest pleas . Im not a complainig type but i try to say good afternoon tvice in two laguange and there was no good repond at all from the land lady. Same at my day of departing wont say a word. Thevaircondicion was old and not working properly or has been turn of when a got back from diner. There is some water tank on top of the roof and there is a water pouring sound in the large tank at the time when someone use water in the 6 apt house complex. That means most of the time.
