Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Everything was fine. Maybe parking deposit amount (cash only) is little bit not convenient and unneccessary.
Appartment was clean, comfortable, nicely decorated and in great central location but yet quiet to have a good night sleep. The reception is adding value and reception girls extremely helpful and nice. Parking is easy and convenient.

I just came out of the shower at 7:30 AM and I was almost naked, coming out of the toilet, and suddenly someone started opening the entrance door of the apartment. There was a girl from reception. She immediately started apologizing and closed the door. Later, she told me she thought that we already left. I think there was a different way to check if someone is in the room or not. I don’t think it’s polite to open rooms just like that, without knocking, without ringing the bell.
The interior is nice. Location is good.

My mistake, I didn't find it. Took me one hour to understand, where the building and the garage were situated. The girls there were very verey very helpful. Very spacious room. Living room and sleeping room. That was nice. Girls at the reception were definetely very helpful. Thank you again!!!

The apartment is situated in front of a very loisy street - I had a bad luck to have an apartment facing this side of the building. Probably all appartments situated on the other side of coridor are much more silent. Mine was very noisy.
The lady at the reception desk was very helpfull. The reception desk works7/24 so there was no problem to find out a key and parking lot.

Location of the place was great. Room has everything you need and it makes you feel like you are at home. But my favorite part was reception. All of the 3 persons at the reception helped me with everything. Thank you all for your helps again. And also out of topic, there is a bar/cafe under the apartment with a great menu and best staffs. As a recommendation, pay a visit there too if you stay here :)

We stayed for one night after our flight to Podgorica and another one before frying back home. This place was just as described. Close to the airport (15 min by taxi), in a modern building with nice restaurants. Easy check in. The apartment was perfect and the bed is extra comfortable. Air conditioning worked perfectly which was important as it was really hot in Podgorica. Good value for money and highly recommended!

Beautiful, modern and very comfortable apartment with a huge terrace. Free parking. Great location in the center of Szczyrk but in a quiet street. Very comfortable beds. Fast and easy check in and check out.

The cover of the ironing table should be replaced. Although there is a washing machine, I have not seen a drying rack in the apartment - however, I did not ask to bring one since I did nt need it.
The apartment is spacious, with fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, ironing table and iron. Air conditioned functions well. Everyting needed is provided but the personnel was asking every day if I need any additional item. No noise from the other guests, the environment was ideal to work (table for PC, many electricity plug setc.). Internet always functioned in the apartment, The personnel helped me with early check-in, calling taxi when I asked for, The facility has not a breakfast service. However, there are three restaurants-bars in the same complex offering excellent breakfast menus and there is a big shopping centre at walking distance (less than 5 minutes).

Communication with the host was fantastic. The property is located in the upper floors of a retail building with little boutiques and restaurants. It was very easy to find the parking garage below the Building because of the host giving great directions. There was a great little bakery for breakfast adjacent to the property as well as a great little restaurant with excellent atmosphere where we had dinner. The gal that checked us in was very friendly.

Unfortunately, the jacuzzi wasn’t usable as the hydromassage was stuffed with limescale or smth like that and it filled the whole bath as soon as I switched it on. As a regular bath, it was great.
I really liked the place, it’s spacious and cosy, nicely designed, warm, quiet and smells great! The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is super convenient - a short walk to the centre, contemporary art museum, and some parks, also there are plenty of cafes and restaurants in the same building. What I’d add is a simple coffee machine or at least a kettle cz you have to go to a cafe every time you want tea or coffee, be it late at night, on a rainy cold day etc etc.
