Due to restaurant being right below the room, the cooking smell is constant until the restaurant is closed. Due to hot weather, we sleep with windows open and it's also quite noisy because it's in the center.

The room we stayed in is right in the center (on top of the restaurant) so everything is nearby. Parking is right next to the room. Room is spacious with private entrance.

Perfect location in a beautiful mountainous town, everything was close by. Crno Jezero either a short drive or on foot is fairly easy to reach. Any hiking walking tracks are close by also. We loved the food at Dormitor Restoran and the hospitality. It was almost like being greeted & welcomed by family. The Host could not do enough for us. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Missing one sliding door in the shower, so the area in front almost always wet. Better blinds will be appreciated.

Very convenient, close to a lot of restaurants and supermarkets... All in walking distance. The restaurant beneath cooks very good food!

Small details - no washing machine detergent, broken door, needed to be lock to be closed, lack of washing sponge, the hallway in the apartment building was a bit smelly. But nothing serious, I would come back here. For the price, it is a great choice

Central position is excellent for walks to the lake, there are convenience stores and restorants within a couple of minutes walking distance, small but clean and comfortable apartment, heating was good. The narrow outdoor stairs are roofed with a solid canopy to protect against snow and not slippery at all. The host was kind.

when we booked we were under the impression that we would be staying in the accommodation above the restaurant that had a more rustic, mountain chalet vibe, instead we were about 800m down the road in a cement building with no patio or outdoor sitting area. despite this accommodation was decent just not what we had expected or wanted

The apartment and the staff was a big disappointment. We got the smaller apartment than we booked, without kitchen, AC, laundry machine and many others amentities. It turned out that we got different apartment BUT the proper one is not here but in totally different localization. We went there, but the building was really poor (see photo). When we pointed out that info about different localization was not at Booking, we were informed in a very rude way that it is not the problem, nobody complained etc. No apology, nothing:( In the small apartment apart from missing kitchen, many other facilities and amentites indicated in the description on the Booking were missing (coat hanger, wardrobe etc). Moreover the shower door was missing so the water from the shower poured onto the bathroom shower. The apartment was not really warm and the landlord provided us with only one radiator.
