The only minor criticism is that a toaster in the kitchen area would have been nice.

The room was comfortable with everything we needed air con, an iron, a hair dryer, a fridge, there was a table and chairs on the balcony and a small washing line for drying small items. The beds were comfortable and the view from the balcony beautiful, we enjoyed sitting there for breakfast and in an evening. The location was fabulous, close to the old town, supermarkets and cafes and restaurants. A boat tour departed from right outside our accommodation.

The room was very cozy,kotor view was magnificent.There were two kitchens for common use.If you wanna you can prepare coffe ,tea ,breakfast ,dinner.The bed was quite comfortable.Location was very walking distance to old town ,restaurants,markets,beach etc.The cleanliness was quite good. I enjoyed so much ,I am planning bring my family as well :)

These aren’t things that were problems for me; I just think anyone considering the property needs to know. The rooms are up two flights of stairs with a main entry in the back of the building. These could be a problem for anyone with mobility issues. If I had to do it over again, I would upgrade to a room with a terrace. They have a much better view and a nice place to sit out and enjoy the evening!

The small apartment was comfortable, clean, well equipped and in a great location. I also was labor to park my car on-site. There are several restaurants right out front on the water making meals so easy and so pleasant! The operators were very helpful and very nice. I enjoyed my stay.

The rooms were warm, but still it would've been nice if we got some extra blankets instead of just a bedsheet to use as a blanket. The only awful thing was the tap water, it's basically undrinkable because it tastes so bad.

We were greeted by our host when we arrived and he explained everything clearly. We could park our car in front of the apartment, reserved only for guests. The room was nice, everything was as we expected based on the pictures. The view from the room is really good.

One night it got a little loud, but the second night it was fine.

Our room was pretty small but we were right across from the beach and had a great view. There is a very nice deck with a table and chairs for drinking your morning coffee. The room also comes with a kitchen that we didn't use but it seemed well stocked. Check in was easy and we had parking which was very important to us. Only about a 20 minute walk to Old Town.

Not negative but need to consider that this location is around 15-20 mins walk from Kotor old town. We had a miscommunication with the host on additional service which led us to disappointment.

The location was beach front hence it was really picturesque view from our room balcony. You get good food and even the speed boat tour just in front of this place which is really handy. The place was well maintained and clean. Also the place has well equipped kitchen.

Good location, 10 minutes walk to old town, there is a beach where you can swim which is very close to the hotel. There is a small kitchen available for use also. Very very very good view from the balcony. And parking space available.

There is a restaurant below with music until 11.30 or that but it would only be an issue if you're a light sleeper. We didn't find it an issue.

Beautiful view in a great location. Close to the beach and boats. Only a short 10 minute walk to the old town. The view from the balcony is stunning. Great value for money. Lots of restaurants close by.
