We loved everything: the staff was very welcoming, the place was fantastic, there was a large balcony with a great view, the room was equipped with everything necessary, the breakfast was very good. We would really choose this place again and we recommend it warmly! Pleanty of private parking next to the hotel. There is no downside, nothing to complain about.

Everything was perfect! The only tiny drawback was how the water doesn't go away in the shower, but it's a common thing Montenegrin hotels.

The position of the hotel is very good because of the sea view. Staff was kind and professional. We were late for chek in and they waited for us till 4am. Breakfast was very good and room was clean with good wireless and comfortable bed. All recomendation 🫶🏻

A small lack of maintenance, as the shower drain seemed to be clogged and flooded the bathroom every time I took a shower.

Really kind and friendly staff. The building is very new. Great quality and a wonderful atmosphere. The room is spacious, with a cosy bed. The view is breathtaking, especially from the rooftop pool. I don't mind embracing a typical breakfast.

Was a bit of a trek from the Old Town although only 5 euro for taxi. Building exterior a little worn and very steep hill to get up (but made the view better)

The small hotel is run by a Turkish family. They were willing to move the breakfast earlier for us in order to help us reach our previously scheduled activities on time. The hotel is clean, and the breakfast is on very high level.

CONS It's as if the owners have never stayed in a hotel designed for tourists Breakfast - Rose Hip or Green tea only 🤔 Food offering for buffet was mediocre & not appetising. You have to pay for basic items like fruit juice Roof Terrace - broken tiles to trip on, damaged sun loungers that give you splinters Service - non-existent. Claimed CC machine was broken, so had to visit town to get cash. No hospitality is shown from English speaking host - very abrupt & disinterested

The location was on the top of a steep hill so you would really need a car to get around. The breakfast selection wasn’t great (from the UK so maybe just personal preference) but was just eggs, bread, some meat and cheese and stale cereal with sour milk. The bathroom flooded after a shower into the bedroom.

The rooftop pool area was fantastic, great views from the rooms and the pool area, however the pool is only waist deep. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff were very friendly and helpful

It was a bit far from Kotor city centre, we went there by car. Also the beach was quite far away, a really sweaty climbing back from the restaurants and the beach. - The weirdest thing was the fact that they didn’t accept credit cards, we needed to pay the room (two nights) by cash. :( (Luckily we had some with us!) This should have been mentioned somewhere when making the booking.

Our room was really big, clean and nice. Air conditioning worked well too. The host was really friendly. The location was easy to find. Breakfast was decent, nothing special.

The hotel is easy to reach from the airport, geographically close to old Kotor, a few minutes' drive from anywhere. The breakfast was good. On a nice day there are tables outside facing the view. The view from the room was wonderful.

Breakfast choices could be more.

The view was amazing, especially from the top. Only the first floor is belong the hotel so you can not see so much view from your room. But if you can go the top, the view is breathtaking. Parking is free and in easy spot. Staff was very helpful. Rooms are clean and good.

- Maybe the location is a MINOR minus of the hotel, having no ride sharing services (Uber, Bolt) you must go by your personal car in the down town, or calling a local taxi if possible.

The hostess was very friendly and helpful for anything i needed (information, taxi reservation, availability in general...) The view from the room and from the rooftop of the hotel is just amazing. The breakfast has been enjoyable. It was quite fast to reach the sea, i would say 5 min by walking. However it takes a bit more time to reach the center of the city. Taking a bus is preferable.

The highlight of my visit was undoubtedly the breathtaking view from the rooftop. The panoramic vista looked beautiful. You can tell it's a new hotel by the cleanliness and efforts of the staff, their genuine friendliness made me feel like a valued guest. I could tell the young cleaning staff is very hard working, and my room was spotless! Between the privacy I got at the rooftop pool, extremely comfy beds, and the overall family atmosphere, I had to extend my stay for 2 more nights. The owners seem like really nice people as well. The receptionist her name Andria I could never forget her name because she was so nice and friendly, she really help us a lot and made our stay easy and smooth, she was like mentor though she was busy but she could find time to help, so I'm happy to be writing this and hopefully put a smile on their face J PS. Breakfast was bomb!

nothing of significance, we had a town-wide power outage for one night. they were very nice about this, handled it very well. as it is a new hotel, they didn’t have the possibility of paying the roomfare by card- this was done in cash. minor inconvenience though, atm’s are everywhere.

Breakfast was really poor. And price. We paid 366e for 2 nights and it was really really overpriced

The room was comfortable, nice bed, but the space does not live to the expectations. The breakfast was disappointing and my pregnant girlfriend only had loaf bread available and jam.
