Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United KingdomThe breakfast was great, but I found it odd that coffee wasn't included. It should be free with breakfast. Maybe slightly raising the price to cover it would be a better option.
We stayed at the end of August with my parents and 7-year-old daughter, Clara. The hotel is wonderful, with super friendly staff and helpful owners. Clara quickly became friends with the owner's daughter, and they had a great time. The pool is lovely, and the rooftop view is amazing! Breakfast was nice too. I highly recommend this place if you're looking to relax and prefer a cozy, personal atmosphere over large, impersonal hotels.

UkraineThe bar didn't offer a wide selection of drinks, and the rooms should be cleaned daily. A good improvement would be to provide door-hanging brochures where guests can request room cleaning.
Upon our arrival at the hotel, we were warmly greeted by a friendly and supportive receptionist, Adnan, who explained everything to us. We were given a beautiful room with the most stunning view from the balcony I’ve ever seen. The skybar was truly inspiring, offering a breathtaking view of the sea. The swimming pool was always crystal clear, and you could order drinks while relaxing there. The breakfast hall was lovely, with panoramic views of the city, so you could enjoy your meal while gazing at the sea.

RomaniaWe really felt very welcomed. The hotel is new, modern and has everything we needed. The owner and his beautiful family, and also the staff, are so nice. They made us feel like home. The breakfast was very good, they always ask what we would like, but they served us much more. I’ll add some photos with the breakfast… that’s how they were expecting us every morning, with the table arranged very nicely.

Super friendly staff, beautiful sea view, 15 min walk from the beach and small shops just around the corner.

PolandHotel is on the hill, thats why the view is so spectacular. The way to the beach, for disable people or with little kids, can be a challange.
Very nice place - family hotel with positive atmosphere. Host are super nice, helpfull & friendly. Inside the room & the hotel all is brand new, we get the room with spectacular sea view! On the fifth floor you will find huge rooftop tarace with great view - perfect for the sunsets! Hope in the future they will do a bar there😁

SpainWe are a family from Brazil who had arrived at Hotel Diman very late in the evening. We were welcomed by the amazing owners (husband & wife) who were waiting for us. I said that my son was hungry after a long trip and I asked for a sandwich or a snack… they quickly provided a complimentary full meal. They said that they host their guests at their hotel just like they do it at home. The hotel is brand new. Amazing fixtures, marble, great shower, 2 elevators, nice pool … it was an outstanding experience. It is good to see family businesses thriving based on care and love.
